Very polite they do a great job. Double check to make sure you’re good before you leave. if something is wrong, they let you know they do not overcharge you and they work with you. I love these guys. I’ll never go to another shop. I don’t care how far I live. How close I live never another shop.

This business is awesome, brought my car for back rear tires and alignment. they found some problems and were quick to explain them to me and help me through with the process of getting them repaired. They’re very honest and trustworthy. I went for a front alignment at another shop 2-3 weeks ago and they didn’t bother telling me about my problems and just took my money. This business actually cares about the customers that pull into their parking lot. This will be my place from now on. Not only do they have the best prices in town but they have the best people that work there. Don’t go anywhere else come to Dearborn Tire & Alignment!!!

Man these guys definitely know what they’re talking about!! Needed new tires for my pickup something durable and rugged, I got these bad boys installed and aligned, now my truck rides like a dream!! 10/10 will be bringing all my cars to them moving forward! These guys took such good care of me!! The prices are above reasonable, and they were so patient in explaining what was going on with my car. They were exceptionally kind and professional. I had a lot to get done on my car and they made sure I was comfortable while I waited and gave me a snack and a water. Lovely, trustworthy people. When I left my car ran so smooth! Thank you guys :)

Stay clear, these guys aren’t professional. I came in to have my right rear knuckle replaced on my Cadillac ATS a couple months ago. They charged me over $300 to do the job (which was only labor as I took it upon myself to find them the part so they can get the job done as quickly as possible). Although they replaced the rear right knuckle, they cut corners and did not finish their complete job. I don't know if this was on purpose or due to a lack of knowledge. As a result, my parking brake does not fully engage. As part of the parking brake assembly, the adjusters, the hardware, and the shoes are missing. I know for sure they weren't missing before I took it to their shop because I had my brakes done weeks before I brought it to them and the parking brake was there and working. They are the only ones that worked on my car since. When I went to adjust my handbrake as it wasn't fully engaging, I realized what they had done... therefore only now did I decide to write this review for this shady shop. Look at the pictures comparing the right and left side.

Was stranded and I called them to help and they came within 10 minutes and resolved the issue. Best people to contact in an emergency. They’re amazing people. If you have an emergency, contact them!
