Phew, that was probably one of the rudest phone conversations I've ever had with a pharmacist. I know exactly who it was because this man has only been decent to me ONCE in the decade+ that I've been using this pharmacy. One word questions, curt answers, AND I was hung up on. Cool, dude. Can't wait to come pick up my script and get yet another side of crass attitude. I'd rather go without my epi pen than have to go to this pharmacy.

Prices are high compared with other stores . Cashiers in front are now commodity , you will wait several minutes for a live cashier (with attitude) if you chose not to use the machines.

Stopped going here after multiple medication screw ups. If you call or walk up to the counter to ask for a refill, they will refill the oldest script. In my experience this means oldest period even if there are different doses. This happened to me 3x. Also called shortly after they opened to ask for a refill. Got to pharmacy about 5:30pm and was told it would be another 15minutes.

This review is only for the pharmacy section. I've dealt with the pharmacy in this location for 6 months. I couldn't last more than 6 months because a number of issues. One of the issues I encountered was upon the doctors for my family sending prescriptions to the pharmacy and upon arriving at CVS, I learn they did receive my prescriptions. I've confirmed that I am not the only person having this issue with CVS pharmacy. The second issue is the pharmacists in that CVS seem to be unhappy with their work and have attitudes upon answering phone calls as well as answering simple questions. They don't seem to have the patience nor care about the customer satisfaction (especially the bald head white male). Third issue seems to be with financial. I absolutely have no issue paying co-pays for medicines, but when a different pharmacy receives the same medicine and charges less or nothing gets me to question why the hell am I getting charged more at CVS. There was no way to solve these problems without going through some major headache so in order for me to save myself the headache, I've decided to switch pharmacies. After dealing with Meijer pharmacies, I will never ever go back to CVS.
