The gym is dirty, and no one follows the rules. Weights and dumbbells are scattered all over the place. The dumbbell rack is empty. There are a lot of people, mostly young, and it's one of the worst gyms I've been to—and I've been to gyms all over the US.

I recently joined this gym and I absolutely Love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well maintained. I love the music they play here, the personal fitness training available and the variety of fitness classes available. I also Absolutely love the hydro massage chair.

Ladies don't Come to this Gym, in Dearborn, if your a Clean person, like me, The Bathrooms are So Disgusting, I have given this Gym time & Time again to make it right, to No avail. Management don't give a fuk, 5 Stalls 2 rolls of tissue, no tissue to wipe my ass, tissue only in 1 stall, I only definitely come for the sauna usage,

Since enough reviews made me apprehensive about joining this location, I decided to go there to see the place in person (Dearborn, MI ~ Sunday 9/15/2024 around 4pm) The staff I interacted with were fun & welcoming. The building and all amenities were beyond reasonably clean.

Due to my current obligations and schedule, I expressed that I could not start going until 10/05. He agreed that I should wait until my schedule allows to actually sign up so I can fully take advantage of promotions. Really cool that he did not try to pressure me in any way, rather help me decide what would be best for my monetary investment and available ongoing commitment. Super solid human, right there! Because of Moe I am sure that I am done shopping for gyms now, because I just found mine!

I registered a year ago and only attended a few times. When I was a year old, I was charged an annual fee that I did not know about, in addition to the fixed monthly fee.

this is one of the worst Crunch facilities in southeast Michigan. Its extremely dirty. The machines are always broken.

Easily the worst crunch facility. Always dirty. Managers and staff help their friends/guest destroy equipment. Saw a manager help film a member destroying equipment for tic tok. This facility needs a complete staff overhaul.

DONT COME HERE AFTER 4:30!!! This place is way too crowded. I will never come here unless it’s early in the morning. Nothing but people talking to each other and not using the machines

I was a member for a year; and the facilty is okay at best. The problem they have is they cheat people out of their direct deposit payments. They charged my account an extra 60 after one year I canelled the contract so it would not renew. They agreed. I disputed 60 dollars with my bank and after the investigation with documentation my bank reverse the charge. the renewal date was Feburary 2024. I just recieved a collection bill today on July 17 in the amount of 129.96. Its what promteted me to write a negative review Crunch Fitness of the fraud they have perpatrated on me. My recommendation is don't give them your financial information. Now I have a collection charge on my Credit report which needless to say I will fight it, but what an inconvience this is. Fraud to say the least has happened here.
