Worst service ever. Mirna was very very disrespectful to me. She has no respect for anyone, very rude. She literally told me that I’m holding up the line, which there was no one behind me and she also told me I have a lot of work to do but she went back to talking with her co workers. I will never come back to this comerica.

I needed a paper notarized, so i called to ask about it. They said they had a notary until the location closed, and they did notarize forms even for non customers for a fee. However, when I went, they did not want to, they said it was only for their customers.

They're low on staffing now this place is temporary closed I need to get my stuff out of the box. It's annoying. I don't know why they didn't let us know or gave us a call so we can take our stuff out. I don't know how long it would be like that.

My employer has his account here and guarantees no fee check cashing to all employees..has account set up that way. Every time this branch gives me a hard time cashing a check there. Have had them try and tell me they cannot cash a non account holders check .i told them yes you can the account is set up to always cash them. After half an hour they finally cash the check..

This place is a joke.Would not deposit a certfied annuity check for me and my father after we have been customers here for 20+ years. Pretty much stood around for 40 min waiting for an answer, then where told no. We went down the street to Huntington where we also have accounts, and where taken care of literally within 3 min. Plan to close our accounts and never deal with this establishment again.

Some of the tellers are rude. ... they Hate taking coins.. I have a business if they don't like taking my coins I'm sure I can find a Better Bank that would be more than Happy to take my money and deal with me. They make you feel like you should not be bringing your money to them because it's too much of a hassle for them to count.. sad really

Terrible bank. I went there with a 162$ in change ROLLED UP. the lady behind the counter said we only accept 100$ in change rolled up like this is a bank, your legally supposed to take my money because that's what banks are supposed to do. Terrible bank.

Let me start this by saying the check I receive is written of a Comerica Account from AAA Insurance Co, It is made out to B&B Law firm in Southfield, MI., both very reputable companies. On Saturday November 10, 2018.. I went to the Branch on W. Warren (only the drive thru was open). They advised me that if I wanted cash back, I need to go to the branch at 16150 Michigan, were the inside was open and the check could get approved. I drive to the location as in instructed. The teller was friendly enough, she informed me that she had to get approval from manager. Well the (manager) young, white guy didn't get his name who spoke, said it was no way they could verify this check. I explained to him that this same check is what I used to open the account. He was very curt with me for no reason............ In this day and age I am sure they could have done something to see that this was a valid check. As soon as I can I will close this account and find a bank that will not give me this kind of grief.
