I purchased some THRT jeans for $120.00 . These jeans ripped in two weeks! I can’t believe the buying experience. They will not give refund or even a discount for the bad quality of the jeans. I will never shop here again! Jeans are over priced and terrible quality! As a consumer I will not invest anymore money in City Man .

They have some pretty nice stuff but if you’re looking for a cash refund don’t shop here because they have no compassion about it being the holidays or giving people their money back when things don’t fit

I had a great experience the staff was very helpful. The sales associate Xzier put my son a perfect outfit together to match his shoes we brought in and he had a lot of patience with my sons pickiness which I appreciate. I recommend this location to anyone in the Fair lane Mall.

Very nice clothes, customer service is good also. But the inventory could use some help. While the clothes are nice, some of the pants & shirts aren't worth the price.

Worst shopping experience I have had in a long time, So I guess slamming the door in a customers face instead of saying we are about to close is good customer service not. The door was slammed in my face and not a word was said, the young lady who was on the bigger side then turned around and started playing with her male co worker laughing and giggling. As I was walking into the store so NO I will not be shopping there anymore. I also will be calling there corporate office. Lucky not to have caught a case.

Great costumer service and really connects with the people who are shopping! If you can’t find something in the store they always give suggestions to other locations or other stores. Great store overall!

Customer service was amazing. I shop here every time I am at Fairlane. The store is clean and the merchandise is nice . Ordering online is another way I like to purchase clothing from City man I didn’t wait that long for the clothes i ordered !
