Horrible experience as usual. Teller apparently couldn't hear me through the drive thru mic even though I was practically yelling. Had me fill out a withdrawal and requested my ID which I have never been requested to produce before. Mind you I normally send my ID then get snapped at being told "we only need your debit card". Teller sent withdrawal slip back because it needed to be signed. Then sent it back again refilled out because she didn't approve of my signature. I should have just gone through the atm as I had originally planned, but since it never reads my check amount correctly I decided it would be safer to go through the drive thru. Thank you yet again Citizens for reminding me why I need to switch banking institutions and why I absolutely HATE having to go through the drive thru or deal with your tellers to access MY money.

I arrived at the bank in gym clothes and a hat. I was told by Bilal that I wasn’t on my husband’s account and that I couldn’t withdraw money.I am on the account.

For those of you stating there is no service…Have you noticed that EVERYWHERE you go they’re under-Staffed? It’s not Citizen’s Bank problem, No one wants to work, they all want free handouts! It’s a real shame! I’ve never been dissatisfied with Citizen’s Bank, we’ve been with them since when they were First Federal Bank, some 47 years! Keep up the Good work Citizen’s!

If you want an out of date bank this is the place. It’s like walking into the 90’s. That don’t even know what a flash drive is. I wouldn’t trust your business account with them.

Really the worst service, there is no one serving customers after waiting. He told me there was someone before me, and I was the first one in the waiting seats, and no one was there.And in the worst of services, if the employee is not present in his place, he apologizes for this. And they don't even have that apology

Worst banking branch I have ever been to. They give you an appointment and they won’t see you till an hour after. They’re always either understaffed or the employees are just slow.
