Great little Citizens Bank Branch! It's small, but busy. There is frequently a line, but it moves quickly. The security guard and tellers are super friendly. They have one of the newer ATM's that allow you to select the denominations when you withdraw money. It's close to where I work, so it's super convenient. Everything I would want in a bank.

I walked into this Citizens bank location to make a deposit. The staff was very nice! Afwaj was my bank teller and she was so nice a professional! Afwaj offered me a new card; usually I would decline the offer but today I took the offer and was approved instantly! Thank You Afwaj for the outstanding service! I highly recommend this location if you are in this city. I was out of town at the time, so that's why I decided to walk in, and I'm glad I did. Afwaj is so personable, professional, and has such good leadership skills. If anyone has any doubts about this Citizens bank do yourself a favor, walk in, and Afwaj would gladly help. It was so nice meeting you Afwaj I hope you have a great day today :)

This is AK fuel , I went there multiple times to deposit money,( yes I counted my money and double no triple checked it ) and every time I deposited the money they short me a hindered sometimes couple hundreds and when I finally was fed up and I raised my voice the clerk acted like the victim saying your calling me a thief your dam right I’m calling u a thief she gave me an excuse saying one of the blue bills got jammed , so if the money gets jammed it doesn’t count ?? At least give me MY JAMMED MONEY not KEEP IT . This is unbelievable and unacceptable, she called the manager named wael instead of talking to your customers first you went to her talking in secret , haven’t you heard that customers come first anyway that was the last day I went there and opened up a new account with Huntington bank unlock them they treat me right and with respect most importantly my money comes up correctly! AVOID COMING TO THIS BANK IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY

Branch manager is trash zero costumer service lack of professionalism.. I cant believe citizens bank still have him in that branch should've been fired a long time ago...I know so many people switched banks because of him as I did today after being with them for 10 years I didnt want to switch but I had to because of him . I got to give credit to the staff though they're good very polite and do appreciate and respect members.

ATM OUTSIDE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! SO ARE THE STAFF SO RUDE Outside atm you press 7 it presses 4 it’s so unresponsive makes you really annoyed am switching banks

I sent an international wire from this branch. It took 50 min. The account on the wire paperwork was mixed up, so it didn't reach the destination. It's been two weeks and the money are still absent from my business account. Neither branch manager nor the person that sent the wire show any interest to help. One is pointing finger at another with promise to investigate and call with an update but no one does. It seems like they are taking a passive approach to let the situation resolve on its own. In my whole banking experience I never came across a situation when a wire couldn't be traced and returned back within a couple of days, not to say weeks. It sounds like everyone in the branch would benefit from customer service/banking training starting from the manager to employees.
