I live in a senior building and we have not received any sale papers for weeks. It's strange that my friends all get them. What is different here? Are we being discriminated against because we are elderly? This is a senior apartment building not a nursing home. We do our own shopping

Very disappointed with this location. Dropped priority packages off yesterday 12/14/19. As of today 12/15/19 they have yet to be scanned. These are priority packages which means they should have been scanned so people can track them. I went to the location today. They have no idea why they weren't scanned or even where they are. So my advice, make them scan package right in front of you and get a receipt if you go to this location. The staff member that was helping also could have cared less and seemed annoyed and bothered that I had questions about priority packages I paid for and they lost. Very disappointed!!

I almost did not go to this post office based on reviews but I felt silly driving past it to go a couple miles away to another. I went in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised I've never seen three counter employees at a post office normally it's 1 maybe 2 at the most! There was no line but customers were there. When I got to the counter the employee was very helpful wasn't trying to scam me out of money and probably the nicest post office employee I've ever come across

I think the best way to describe this post office is that the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I was told by an employee to finish filling out my paperwork and when I was done, bring it up to the front of the line and the other worker would help me. I've heard this same directive at multiple post offices. When I approached the other worker, he told me I'd have to wait for the other clerk to return from her break to help me because he doesn't know where I am in line. He told me to get back in line and wait again. I told him I'm just doin what I'm told and not looking for trouble, because he clearly thought I had jumped in front of everyone else. I was in line for so long that the original girl came back from her break and asked me why I was still in line. I told her the other clerk said I had to wait for her to help me. She apologized and said she'd speak to him about it. This lack of knowing the protocol cost me an additional 20 minutes causing me to miss my final stop of the day due to being late. The clerk who DID help me was pleasant and speedy.

I come here almost every week to mail things out bc of my job and the one time I bring multiple envelopes that are certified mail they don't do their job right. Anytime I come it is certified with a return receipt. And because it was a lot of mail they get lazy and don't do their job right. And then get an attitude about it. I have a job and all hell brakes lose because it looks like my fault.

All I can say is this location is busy. On some days it hit or miss when you have to stand in long lines. Sometimes I think they don't understand that their busy times is during people's lunch breaks and right after work gets out (around 4-5pm) in the area, that the lines are long and need more window help. So the best times are the mornings, or after 1pm to visit. I have no complaints about the staff, only that I feel sorry for them when people come up to the window and don't have their packages done properly, or understand how to packages boxes. And this makes the people in line, frustrated. I understand that sometimes there's a language barrier but maybe they should post directions in multi-languages.

This place is SO busy ALL the time! There is almost always a line so be prepared. I like that the priority tape for packing boxes is free and they have multiple rolls around. They usually only have 2 desks open for servicing and maybe one person solely for passport related things. The staff can be mean sometimes to those that may have difficulty understanding something. That's when I feel bad. They seem to be efficient. Their hours are great. Open early and stay open late.
