When my shed was destroyed during the ice storm in early 2023, I turned to State Farm Insurance for help. However, instead of providing the coverage I had been paying for all these years, they took me in circles with their adjuster, leaving me with no clear answers or resolution.\\n\\nWhat's worse is that Bob Zakar and his staff would resort to gaslighting whenever I called to inquire about your claim. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and a client deserves to be treated with respect and honesty, especially during such a difficult time.\\n\\nIt is outrageous that I have been paying State Farm premiums monthly for years, and when I finally file a claim, State Farm Insurance fails to uphold their commitment to their policyholders. I deserved better than this, and it is a shame that they left me to fend for myself when I needed them the most.\\n\\nIn conclusion, I would not recommend Bob Zakar or State Farm Insurance to anyone. They failed to provide me with the adequate coverage and support I needed when my shed was destroyed during the ice storm.\\n\\nTheir adjuster took me in circles, and when I called to inquire about my claim, Bob Zakar and his staff would resort to gaslighting. I have been with State Farm for over 20 years. Bob Zakar's office has provided my family with great service. His staff are like family to me. I've never had a problem with any claim. I would highly recommend State Farm for home and auto!

We’ve been customers of Bob Zakar since 2009, customer service is always excellent. Hope is who I always deal with and she goes above and beyond with helping me. I recommend them 100% to everyone I know. I can’t say enough great things about this office!

I have had Bob Zakar -State Farm for over 15 years and would not trade them for any other insurance. Over the many years they handled our claims professional, compassionately and efficiently and this time was no different when we hit a deer and needed to have our car repaired. State Farm team was amazing in helping with our claim. When it came time to deal with our car rental place and the issues we were having. I called and spoke Ryan at the office and he heard my concerns and addressed them quickly with efficiency an a over all compassion for us and that speaks volume to how amazing staff at Bob Zakar office. I am truly grateful too them for always making my family feel like I were not just a number but part of the family.

Our experience is very positive with State Farm especially with Hope! Anytime we have needed help, had questions or looking for information they are always there to help. Follow up is great and makes you feel like they are really looking out for us! Customer Service is outstanding and appreciated.

I have been a customer of State Farm the branch managed by Bob Zakar since 1985. During this time I have had numerous interactions with the staff and Mr. Zakar himself and every occasion they have treated me like family and never made me feel like I am a bother. Of course when you call it is for something that has gone wrong with your property and you are feeling bad enough but it is nice to hear a friendly, helpful voice on the other end and that is what I have always encountered when I have called this office. If you are looking for an insurance agent for your car, house....etc. I highly recommend contacting Mr. Zakar's office you will not regret your decision!

I have been with Bob Zakar's office for over 5 years now, Hope has taken wonderful care of us!! The office is always looking out for our best interest, they answer all our questions in language we can understand, and help us whenever possible! They were especially helpful this past year when the laws in Michigan changed! I highly recommend Bob Zakar's office!!

I have been with Bob and team for years. They are so helpful in looking for the best rates and helping with questions should you have any. If it is outside of their hours and you call it is sent to a team in the United States to help but the office team always follows up with you. Kim and the other staff are always pleasant to talk too.

I've been with Bob since 1997. As always his staff is always professional and helpful. I've built a repour with Alex and can call or email him with any question, always responds quickly. When we moved 8 years ago we could of changed agents to a closer one, we live an 1.5 hour away and another county, but choose to stay with Bob due to his and his staffs customer service. Alex, thank you again for your help through the years especially when the insurance laws for Michigan changed. You took the time to explain it to me and made sure I understood. No matter the question, you always make sure I understand all options available to me and my family.Bob, you should be proud of your staff and know that they are always professional and helpful.
