Can I rate them 0 stars? I purchased a mattress online to be picked up and my order was canceled because the mattress wasn't available. I used a gift card that I had bought so I tried to order a different mattress but they told me it will take 10 days to get the funds back. In the meantime my daughter in law is leaving the hospital tomorrow after giving birth early and will not have a mattress, and the only help I got from them was hung up on because I'm upset about this and a $5 coupon from corporate.

Very bad service, staff are really rude, can’t ask about anything and you get help. I am really disappointed how it became, it used to be one of my favorite stores in Dearborn. They yell at you if you ask any question even if it’s about the price, no customer service, I advice you not to bother and visit that location.
