I just got a car from Avis at 11:30am 12/21The condition is terrible like FR BPR is almost falling off and RR BPR is broken also (see below)The front staff was hiding these.This is the evidence.

I'm a Avis preferred plus member and this location doesn't have all the features of the airport. Al was my agent and he made me feel special. He gave me service to the best of his ability as if I was at the airport. He's very friendly and professional. I was running a little late and he stayed to finish my rental. Great job. I'm so thankful.

The cars are fine. There's always a wait to pick up a car. My biggest problem with them is that almost every time, you get hit with a $15 - $20 surprise charge when returning it.

Live in metro Detroit, Avis preferred member, loyal member, this location was the most unique and inefficient I've been to and won't go back to. Will drive the extra distance to dtw to rent locally again if I need a car.If you need to use this location factor in better part of an hour to pick up your reserved car. The solo Avis worker was pleasant that being said

The absolute worst company to rent from. I showed up this morning to pick up my rental at the time my reservation said to.. just to be told they have no cars. They then gave me a number to Avis customer service who was essentially 0 help leading to a cancellation of the reservation. They leave me in a position where I now cannot drive to my family members wedding out of town today. Never using Avis again. This is now the second time in a row they let me down

The worst customer service ever. They take way too long, I waited for an hour and a half. The front desk takes forever and there’s only one person in the front with a lot of customers waiting. People have things they need to get done. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional

Save you self the trouble and just go to the airport the fat diabetic at the desk wont help you if he’s hungry.

The service was so slow had an appointment at 9:00 and had to wait for an hour just to get the car.I rented car twice from this location and got a car with flat tires on both of the occasions and the cars were not maintained well.The vehicles are not good

Needed an Uber Rental but the mall location steps for this store led me to another part of the mall. Hopefully this suggested map edit leads people to the right location.

The Owner Frank is a great person and he will work with you , & thank you to him unfortunately that Day I was there to get a rental a lot of things were wrong with the mall such as the power being out & the brakes out on the car but however not matter what was going on he was there trying to make it right with peoples time & experience.

The car was great and the staff tried really hard. However, the drop off address in Chicago was a ghost-address and we had driven across 3 states and were tired. By the time we got through to Avis by phone - very expensive from UK phones - we managed to drive across the city and drop it off. Staff were lovely especially Pam and the guys downstairs who took the car. But please do not give our ghost addressees - do you know how stressful this is? Especially for foreigners! I’d be interested in your comments. You’re an international company

Attention!! Renter please make sure you received confirmation of your return closed out date of your rental I’ve returned my rental car on the 16th of May return full of gas and cleaned gave the OWNER the key and paperwork showing everything was checked off , etc. to my knowledge they end up renting the same car that I’ve returned the very next day to another customer BUT under my account that he never closed out ? and charge my credit card for additional 9 days plus my 5 days.. keep in mind from May 11 th through May 25th 2023 . I had to dispute the incorrect amount end up getting the difference back as of June 7th , 2023 the owner never apologized and or took ownership of his error . I had to proved that I have returned the car on the 16th of May with my video and screenshot of return that stamped date , time and location , etc. and called to follow up, It was very inconvenient owner should’ve taken care of the closing process from the day that I’ve return the car . It’s was my first and last renting from Avis / Budget period !!
