I can't believe this is my first google review, but this service is diabolical. I bought a battery here, and they would not replace it, which was very mind boggling. I even asked twice if they replace the battery for me, and they said no! Please call this location FIRST to see if you can get your battery replaced after purchase.

The counter guy was awesome, but an older gentleman was not a gentleman at all, Find a different place to spend your buck.! Update 11-12-2024, we are still dealing with the same issues downgrading to 2 stars

I went to ask if they could help change my lights in the front of my car and they replied along the lines we don’t do that anymore go ask your boyfriend or dad to help you… their tone was so rude and every time I go there they are always rude

Been here at least a dozen times since moving to the neighborhood a year ago, and while they have good customer service... They never have what I need, or they give me the wrong thing flat out.

With 5 employees working I had to wait for awhile to get service- I purchased wipers they asked if I wanted them to install I said yes after paying- he told me he can’t install them because they are short staffed and to come back after service hours!!

I like this store and all employees there are professional and helpful except one employee. Today, I have been there and this employee as a cashier asks me to wait just one second. Ive been waiting more than 15 min, n he has been doing nothing, just talking, laughing with his friend and forgetting to do his job. I have'nt bought anything and left. I'll never enter this store when I see him there! Impolite n unprofessional! (He has a long black hair).

Worst place to call ever they answer the phone and put you straight on hold forever then when you hang up and call again they do the same thing over and over do your self a favor and don’t call this place they have just lost a customer

The Indian skinny guy (he may be of different nationality) at the front gave me a horrible attitude when I was nicely asking which piece of equipment to buy, I looked around trying to make my own decision but I didn’t feel comfortable as I wanted an experts advice so I asked again and he held his phone and ignored me. This man should be fired from the store.
