The service didn't go well. Usually, the staff will accommodate the customer with online returns, but I guess they don't do that anymore. Word to the wise, if you shop clearance on the website, you can't get a refund in the store. You can exchange for the same item only. It's your loss or dime, returning the items back to Ashley Stewart.

I went to exchange a butterfly bra that was to big. I asked if they measured for the correct size. She kind of frowned and said "I don't, but you could ask another associate". She looked at another associate and asked if she would measure me and the other associate hesitated and said "I would but I have a customer". The customer was not at the the counter yet plus couldn't the other associate take care of the customer? Very poor customer service, no one measured me so I left. My rating is actually a zero.

Went there for the first time in years. Enjoyed the selection, sales, and customer service. Che meka and Ester are great associates. I went twice in one week to get more cloths for work. The ladies help style for my morning news appearance. They store was clean and organized. I will definitely go back.

Love this storeIt is mostly my Go To because it is close by. But, the ladies here are 5 stars. They have Always. assisted me with a good attitudeI have been shopping here for years. Will continue for years as well. Thank you three that helped me today as always! Keep them here!

I think that Ashley STEWART is over priced because the active wear I purchased was $113 which it doesn't look like nothing it should cost that much. They don't sell their clothes in sets they are sold separately. So I went next to Rainbow Shop and their prices were affordable although they sold their jogger wear separate, the price for the pants and top only add up to $32. They really had some nice outfits in the store. I got 10 items and only spent $111....Sister Ashley Stewart please consider dropping your prices down in the store. I know that I can get things cheaper online but everyone dont have access to internet ?
