Started working there and very pleased with my choice. They have a free membership for store sales and rewards for shopping there like Sam's Club. They have a senior discount day for seniors every first Tuesday of every month. Great place to work. I have great coworkers. I have some of the best supervisors.

We have been Walgreens customers for many years. Recently we urgently needed Covid medicine and they had to transfer our prescription to this branch. They proceeded to totally screw it up and we missed the window for effectiveness.

Can not say enough good things about the pharmacy manager at this location. Ran all around town to fill diabetic supplies for a friend and Mona was the only pharmacist capable of figuring it out. So grateful for all her hard work and positive energy. Thank you to you and your exceptional team!

Pharmacist is extremely rude! I tried refilling a prescription for my dog on the app when it said I didn’t have any refills when the bottle stated that I still had one refill. I went to BluePearl to try and get another script sent in when they told me in their system it was showing I still had one refill. They gave me a document showing I still had one refill. They advised me to go back to Walgreens and explain what’s going on and have them call the vet if there’s any issues and the vet will authorize it. It was after hours so I couldn’t go to my normal Walgreens so I had to go to this 24hr location. The pharmacist refused to listen and kept talking over me saying she didn’t have time. I told her she needed to contact the vet so they can authorize a new script if there’s an error somewhere. She said she refused to call the vet. After trying to explain several more with with her talking over me, I asked to speak with a manager due to her refusal, she then said she’ll call them in an hour. She never called. I had to call the vet in the morning and explained they refused to help. They contacted my normal pharmacy and got it taken care of.An update…the pharmacist never called the vet so the script was never deauthorized and my dog went without her medication. I had to reach out to the vet the following day to have them contact my regular Walgreens which they were able to authorize the medication. Confirmed with the vet that the pharmacist never called them. How many other people is she doing this to and they’re going without meds.

NO SENSE OF URGENCY, Will allow me to bleed out before filling your prescription with ANY sort of urgency.I am on Protonix (MUST take daily or I end up with bad Stomach bleeds/vomiting blood which already happened once). Ordered Protonix yesterday morning, said it wouldn't be ready until today (So I went one night without it). I tried to order again today, and they said it won't be ready until later tonight than I can pick it up (Therefore will be missing SECOND night in a row). I TOLD her I MUST have it because I missed it last night and without it, I'll will end up with a stomach bleed and in the hospital... Her ONLY response was "I Understand"... NOTHING else.When you have a customer whose life (or death) depends on a medication, DON'T PREVENT THEM FROM OBTAINING IT FOR MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW! This HAS to somehow be illegal (withholding essential medication)?If I go to bed tonight and end up vomiting up blood again tonight, my hospital bills, surgical bills, and money for missed work WILL be going directly to Walgreens from Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn.I need someone from Walgreens to reach out to me ASAP with a location/address to send the bills.
