Kerri at this USPS location is the nicest and most helpful USPS employee I’ve ever worked with! She was great at assisting me to ship some unique items, helping me decide the right mailers and shipping options to keep my cost manageable. Really appreciate her!

I occasionally request mail hold while I leave town for a few days. I receive on-line confirmation, but my mail continues to be delivered. It happens EVERY time. When I call to inquire about why this happens, I'm always told that my regular carrier must have been off or a substitute carrier made a mistake. This happens EVERY time I use mail hold. And this has gone on for several years.

Whatever you are paying Kerri, it's not enough. She is the nicest, most patient person. She could tell I didn't know what I was doing and she not only figured it all out for me, but found a quicker, less expensive way.

I sent Christmas cards for Christmas last year to a couple different countries outside USA (Germany, Australia, Macedonia) and nobody has received anything yet. Its been 6 months! Unbelievable

This place should be investigated and employees should face criminal charges. I have had more mail go missing from this facility than I can count. Every time it’s a check, or a money order, or a Birthday card for my kids. I actually caught one guy who used my money order to pay his electric bill. He refused to give up the USPS workers name who sold it to him. If his mom didn’t send me a check for the money he used I would have pressed charges on him. Packages from Amazon or other online retailers make it through the entire system just fine, but as soon as they hit the Dearborn Heights post office they disappear completely or are delayed for days.
That’s just one thing. Most of the employees are rude, sometimes straight up nasty to customers. Move around like they have all day with a line out the door. Nothing is ever stocked and you have to wait in long lines to get shipping materials that should be at the shipping stations only to stand in line again to ship it. The manager is rude, disdainful of customers, his employees never do a thing wrong in his head, and ignores issues with this facility.
I refuse to go here ever again. The Redford office doesn’t seem to suffer from these problems, unfortunately I can’t route my mail through Redford.

fran is horrible! she returned all 1000's orders !
if anyone has ecommmerce brand. dont come here.
they will not scan over 100 orders and will accuse you of expired labels or fraud because they dont want to scan many orders... they are extremely lazy! fran deserves to be fired! shes mentally ill and yells at everyone!

Fran and Mariam were rude. Fran was extremely rude and insensitive very disrespectful towards us. She made us reschedule our appointment when we showed up 2 minutes late. I would highly recommend not coming to this location at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

Fran was very disrespectful towards us and did not make passport renewal proccess easy. Extermly rude and told us we had only two miniutes to redo our entire passoprt application. If she dose not like her job then why is she doing it? The Customer service is really bad here, the workers are sleepy and dont wanna do their job right.

Fill in delivery workers are lazy and incompetent. Our regular delivery woman is a gem and is always in our neighborhood around the same time… the past couple weeks she’s taken some time off and her replacement is awful. She sits in her truck on her phone while driving up every couple houses, gets out and delivers to two or three houses then gets back in the truck to text/call whoever, then repeats the process. Some people count mail being delivered daily in a timely manner and this chick just doesn’t care.

The mail lady always keeps losing all the important mails and I always find mails from a different addresses to my mailbox,When you call the office to complain and they never answer the phone.

Super rude staff. I took an appointment to apply for a passport for a minor and when I went there she is like I need to make u another appointment because u don't have the application printed. I have an appointment for that reason what if I don't know how to use the computer and get the application. I told her my appointment for 15 min I can fill out the app in 2 min she said no u need another appointment. Very disrespectful and I think she didn't like me because she is racism.
