The women at this ups location is are horrible they were rude and very unhelpful!!! They to be busy focusing on a staff member baby instead of trying to help me I will never go to this location again!!

Caitlyn and Bailey really helped out my customer return a very fragile package to our vintage music store in Dallas. They kept the package overnight, found an appropriate box, packed the statues VERY carefully, and just gave this Texan a good dose of that great Michigan hospitality! Thanks Caitlyn and Bailey! Y’all are the best!

I received someone else's package and tried to save the driver a trip and return it to the UPS store closest to me. Instead I was told I had to pay to return to sender, drive to Livonia to drop it at the corporate location, or throw away someone else's package. Awful customer service. Would you want to use a business that tells someone to throw away your package if its delivered to your old address?

We just left after attempting to drop off some Amazon returns. They wouldn’t let us return a box because we didn’t have a piece of tape. The girl at the counter was rude and condescending. The other girl at the counter was just talking about how she’s divorcing her husband.

UPS in Dearborn Heights they do extremely great service even answering the phone they very helpful and cheerful when you walk in they make feel you are more than welcome. From their great service and provide their help they really make me speechless . Both times I was their employee were there they did great service specially Heather ,Lexi, Melanie,Caithlyn. They be every busy they always provide that service I’m sure they all provide that service and they work as a team work.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. went here with one return, my package needed one small piece of tape to close the bag. Woman with thick RED hair (middle aged) REFUSED to help. Said i had to buy a roll, i declined and said i would bring it back taped then. She ripped off the label she had already printed mind you. Next day i go to the Westland location and they told me she had screwed me because they were unable to print the label again. BUT THAT THEY ALWAYS GET COMPLAINTS FROM PEOPLE WHO TRIED DEARBORN HEIGHTS FIRST! Now i know, I'm wasting my time writing this review and i will also be contacting the BBB regarding that store (independantly owned BTW).

Kaitlyn, Lexi and Randa are top tier. I come 2-3 times a week to ship product out for my business and the process is always so smooth and easy going. They greet you with a smile on the way in and a smile on the way out, always. Despite it being busy or hectic, they take their time to make sure you leave satisfied. They definitely know how to treat their customers like family! Appreciate you guys!

This is our local UPS Store and I can't say enough good things about them! We do regular Amazon returns here and they're always quick and easy. Additionally, Caitlyn and Ronda went above and beyond for us when we needed a few documents notarized. They could have easily sent us away, but instead they worked with us to get them signed off on and for that, we are so appreciative! I intend to keep coming here for my shipment/document needs and I suggest others do the same!

By far the worst "postal" service. They don't tape a box for you. I was told to buy an entire roll or come back after waiting for 10 min in line for her to just scan a barcode. I feel like you can self serve rather than have people working there if their only job is to scan a barcode. Unbelievable. Yes, I bought the tape and sealed my own package. And this will be the last time at this location.

TLDR : If you told me I had 5 minutes left to live, I'd ask you to drop me off here because it takes an eternity to get your label scanned.If you're looking to do a quick drop off a package to UPS for any reason whether it's shipping across the country or for an Amazon return, let me just tell you right now this is not the location to go to.As they have it, the lines don't start at the counter the line start in the middle to back end of the store so the lines are always over pouring outside of the store resulting in people waiting in the street or on the side, blocking H&R Block .The service is something else, they make you feel almost incompetent for trying to ship a package and question your address to make you feel as if you are now gaslighted.The outrageous requirement to purchase a whole roll of tape from their overpriced sectional is mind-boggling. This is the only location I know of an all of UPS that requires you to purchase a roll of tape for just a strip in order to seal your package. I have never experienced any other location and let me tell you it just reflects poorly on the management style by doing so.In my opinion, there should be two lines while at this location. One line for all scanning goes to ensure that everyone gets their receipt because as the review left by someone similar, they've had multiple packages be stolen and this UPS will not check the cameras or give you an excuse as to why they cannot. The other line strictly for people who are looking to send out a package. This would really streamline the service and would actually make more people feel comfortable coming here.
