Worst service ever! Will not be returning to this location. The lady at the desk was very rude, didn't even acknowledge me but immediately said, You printed that at home?" Well you have to buy a roll of tape for me to tape your lable. As another reviewer wrote I agree, "The outrageous requirement to purchase a whole roll of tape from their overpriced sectional is mind-boggling". This is truly the only location I know of that requires you to purchase a roll of tape for just a small strip in order to seal your package. The management ought to be ashamed. Please give your staff customer service lessons.

I was so upset to see service is performed. I’m in service as well and much better ways of handling care . For example : missing a slide of tape amd basically advising me to take the box back home and tape it or i need To pay $4 for tape to do it in the store . I advised To the lady at the front , it’s literally all boxed up and i didnt Damage the box or anything . Just one tape strip was needed and she refused to use her tape . Instead of just stating okay , I’ll assist this once because there is no direction on the email stating I had to retap the box. Let’s get it tapped with the 1 strip and send it. Instead was Advised I had Those two choices . I was vivid since the email says i need To send the package boxed , one piece of tape is needed and she advised she didn’t want to use the tape behind her “literally” but to buy my own or go home and tape it .. only reason why i even gave another star is another girl helped after that one went in the back . She helped kindly and even asked if the tape was rang up yet or not . Helped tap it for me as well with the tape i had To buy ..

UPS charges 3x's more than FedEx to scan documents. This is excessive and a rip off. Also the scan process where you have to open your email to attach the scanned document is invasive and exposes customers to 1. Having email hacked 2. Other waiting customers can see personal messages. 3. There should be a secure store email that scans can send to the customer.

Wish I could give them one star, I always try to stay away from this location, the staff if very rude and always has an attitude, every time we go they have a long line yet never enough staff to prepare for it. Really takes from your day, and when you get up there your met with attitude and unpleasantness. I literally told the girl I’d rather just go elsewhere and walked out and as I was walking out the girl yelled, “have a nice day!!” Total disrespect at this garbage of a UPS store. It’s unfortunate that the owner is not aware of how her trashy staff acts towards customers.

Absolutely worst experience at a UPS store ever! Sending back a return to Zappos but I didn’t have my box tapped shut, so the older short woman with very short blondish hair and glasses refused to take the box because it wasn’t taped and sent me on my way with the label that she already printed That was no longer any good when I went to a different UPS store. I had to call Zappos and go through the whole process of getting another UPS label printed out. I think it is extremely poor customer service to send a customer away simply because they do not have one strip of tape, closing a shoebox size Box shut. That employee found it more important to continue her conversation with a person who seemed to be a former employee that walked along the side of me at the counter, and to continue a conversation about whether or not the employee got back together with her husband or not. If I could give zero stars, I would!! I would not go back here if my life depended on it. All over one strip of tape! Oh and the parking situation is horrendous!!!

Terrible customer service! I'd recommend using USPS which is right next door or even FedEx down the road. Rude employees and definitely not worth the time.

Oversized women at front counter refused to put a strip of tape on my package and refused to accept it because it wasn’t completely sealed. How much worse can the service get at this location get new staff.

Called ahead To ask if they have notary service and I was told – yes
Showed up at the store, and then I was told there’s no notary Service available and it was the ‘ Trainee’ Who answered the phone earlier. Well, then train your trainees well and don’t let them answer the calls with half knowledge. It looks like you guys don’t know what the heck y’all are doing. I had a pre-printed label with me for one of my returns And the lady goes - We Cannot let you use our tape to stick your label onto the return package. And then they wanted me to buy their overpriced tape. These people should consider getting some therapy From a nearby hospital.
Drove 10 minutes away to another UPS location, Where the workers knew what they were doing - Got my 2/2 jobs done.
