I was so lucky to call Sam’s N Son as he immediately alleviated the stress I had by arranging for me to drop my keys off and to pick up my vehicle the next morning. He also let me know he could do the work on my vehicle to make repairs if needed and that was just an added bonus to the service I had already received! First time breaking down while traveling and I am not a calm person to begin with so I was beyond stressed, but the customer service and communication letting me know what is happening each step of the way has allowed me to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. “Came about 30 minutes within me calling. Very fast response and show time compared to others. They are friendly and loaded and unloaded pretty quickly to drop off destination. Overall very dependable trustworthy company if I had any problems it would be the cost I paid $165 for their service. But what do you expect lol some places probably charge more.”
