Went to buy a leaf blower, online price $128, in store price $199, I brought the leaf blower to register they said take it to service desk so I did, service says we can't match online price. I said well what if I buy it online then can we do it that way? Well you probably won't get it for 10-15 days. So I went home ordered it online got it for $128 and said in store pickup today.. Screw you lady.. So Home Depot doesn't price match be prepared..

I need to buy a white pegged board and successfully found one online. I saw the aisle and the bay number and headed my way in. It was very easy finding it and even a helpful worker asking me. The problem was when I got up front to check out. It was a whole unhelpful situation. She said the board cost $25 even I know it costs $12. I asked the cashier and she didn't help whatsoever. She said to take a picture of the price take over in the aisle. So I started jogging back there just to show her the price tag. No helping with me or even an apology. Once she scanned it, which took forever, she asked for my method of payment. I gave her a gift card that I had and she just groaned. What seemed to be an in-n-out situation turned into a 20 minute, frustrating, and overall dumb experience. I really hope they get new cashiers that can do their jobs.

My fiance and I were looking for fencing for our new home. We had walked through the store but didn't see the wood fencing we were looking for. We asked a worker and he was most helpful in not only walking us through where the fencing was, to assisting us with what type of fence to purchase. Mundo (24 year old veteran) was exceptional at answering our questions and also assisted us with check-out and loading the fencing into our car. It's workers like this that need to be promoted and praised for their willingness to help customers and go out of their way to make sure assistance is given.

This place this slowest place do get any counter tops or any kitchen installed because they lie and what kills there contracted is all a lie where they be like it's estimated date i been waiting for 3 months for 10 feet counter topsAnd they on top of it they dont care if you cancel after a customer waiting for that long and things is the deal cfi which is much worser as installation they even barley Answer you callas or even csll

DON'T ORDER DOORS HERE! Don't order doors here. I ordered mine in December 2020. Got to the store at the end of March 2021. Scheduled the install for May 2021. The DAY OF the install, all the sudden they discover a problem and the doors won't fit! Why the hell did they wait until the day of to find this out?!?! They've had my money since December and now they tell me the re-ordered doors are AT LEAST ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS. Screw that and screw them DON'T ORDER DOORS HERE!

Severely understaffed. Took ages to find someone to help me, and they ended up sending me to the wrong aisle. Had to go to a different Home Depot.

A very nice store! Get the right person to help you and this store is fantastic. The building materials are all first rate. The painting people are very helpful. The store has very good lighting. Cash registers move fast. The return department is incredible with returns. A first rate store!

Extremely helpful staff, sometimes they seem spread thin, but the specialty associates are the BEST to wait for. I even recommend scheduling an appointment (they even allow this online) I make one to see my kitchen designer. He has 20+ years experience in the industry, with 12+ years general managing a high-end kitchen & bathroom design studio. They have master electricians as well as master plumbers on staff. They have many other associates with 20, and 25+ years of work at that store! This is the #1 most helpful place for home improvement that I've ever experienced in my 40+ years. I'm sadly almost done with my major home improvements, but I'm certainly visiting this store anytime I need. They also offer TONS of online help/service from this store #2710!!!

Tried to get help from two different guys in plumbing both of them told me just a second but went on to help other people that came after I did. Never got any assistance had to google the part then couldn't find what I was looking for. The workers tend to avoid the customers.
