Justin at Supermax Auto was able to identify the issue that another shop, Warren Tire Repair, couldn't find. He pointed out the cracked rim to me, which was easily visible. Unfortunately Justin didn't have the right size rim to complete the repair but offered to fix it at a great price if I located a rim elsewhere. He did fill up my tire fully and sent me on my way with knowledge of what needed to be repaired. Additionally, Justin didn't charge us and refused to accept my tip, unlike the other place which charged my wife even though they found nothing. I will certainly bring all my auto troubles to Supermax Auto in the future.

Awesome place!! Overall, my visit to this auto repair shop was excellent. The 2 associates i met with were incredibly friendly and informative, making me feel confident in their services. They had me out in no time. Not only was the price fair, but the quality of their work was top-notch. I appreciated their professionalism and the way they communicated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking reliable and friendly service.

As a first timer here, I felt taken care of. Lots of “cousins” kept bringing their own vehicles in - a true family business - but I didn’t feel like they were cutting the line, or that ordinary customers were any less valued. Justin & the mechanics were honest enough to wave me off of a brake replacement I didn’t need, thorough enough to do a test drive as part of their evaluation, and forthcoming enough to send me elsewhere for the alignment they couldn’t do. Their prices for 4 new tires were very reasonable; they got me just what I needed, and installed them in a timely manner. They took their time to do good work - including going above & beyond to clean/hammer off some effects of corrosion. They call when they say they will, and take you right in when you set an appointment. The waiting area (if you can call it that) is no-frills: If you want a cappuccino machine, go elsewhere. But if you want a fair, honest, knowledgeable business that has your back, follow the same high reviews I did, & check Supermax Auto out for your car repair & maintenance needs.

Got in screw in my tire at the worst possible time. Air leaking out fast when I realized I was only 1 mile away from this place. I drove up in hurry as I had to go to work. Justin was super busy but agreed to repair my tire fast and had me on my way.
