Would give zero Stars if I could. Been coming here for years for joy and Stephanie because they don't give me trouble about wanting to cut my hair short, but will never be back again after dealing with the third stylist today. Called over the weekend and had something set up for 4:30 on Tuesday only to arrive and be informed that no such thing existed and that I couldn't be seen because she was doing a color. When I told her that I had talked to someone and had something set up she told me that wasn't possible and was extremely rude about it. I live in woodhaven I come out of my way for this salon I would not have shown up without an appointment. Thanks for making me waste my gas and then being a nasty person.

Stephanie was FANTASTIC. She did an amazing job on my daughter's hair for prom, and as for me, I needed something new and fun. Stephanie made me feel so comfortable that I put my hair in her hands to create her magic. Absolutely love my new do.
