If you like your vehicle, scratched up and destroyed go through their car wash.
they really have zero consideration for other peoples property there’s nothing aftermarket about my car. It’s a plain bone stock, Chevy Cruz. It was completely scratch free darn near well now I have a considerable amount of scratches in it. The guy working at the front would not give me the owners name Nor would the two women and not only that but the employee was completely ignorant and unprofessional ONLY after he decided to act in this manner did I reflect back to him what I received rightfully so as my property was damaged
Unless the owner contacts me, I’m going to be contacting a lawyer, they will be polishing AND FIXING THE DAMAGE THEIR CARWASH CAUSED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE BRUSHES, that’s what happens when car wash owners do not clean the brushes in these auto car washes
the incident occurred January 24th 3:58 pm 2023 scratches everywhere all down the side
They made a FALSE CLAIM the carwash is not responsible for damage well here’s proof there is nothing posted in the images below
I’m not asking for much just the damaged property be restored to its condition prior to entry of the carwash

Car wash wack it don't even clean your vehicle and no soap coming out but a little. Dry wack to it don't even blow good or dry your vehicle I will avoid this it was good when they first open

Visited this location on Sept 26 around 3:15PM. There was a homeless man sitting on the curb next to the store. He was obviously suffering. The owner of this Shell station came outside and started yelling profanities at this poor homeless man. It was disgusting to see another human being treating one down on his luck so horribly. If you're a gas station owner, you are most likely well off in life. Shameful for this gas station owner to show no compassion or empathy and instead treat another human being down on his luck as if he were some kind of animal. He could have at least spoken kindly to this man or at least called the police to get him some help. My friend and I left this gas station without filling up or buying anything from inside and we won't be back. Shame on that horrible gas station owner. Tell that gas station owner to stop being a horrible person and treat others, especially those less fortunate than him, with compassion, empathy and respect. Despicable how that gas station owner treated that suffering homeless man. I wish I would have taken a video.

My stolen debit card was used here to order car parts from Jegs auto online and 3 fill ups of $56.00-65.00 each time (Totalling $1,800 in fraud). After I reported this fraud to my bank and froze the account someone at this location continues to try to charge my card 2-3 times a day for $1.00. I've never personally shopped here. Paper trails don't lie however.

Horrible customer service came in to play the lottery and was told to write them down because I had six numbers and that was too much after waiting another 5 minutes for having to write my numbers down I stood back in line to watch the young lady the cashier type in $29 worth of lottery for a customer horrible customer service I have to write my 6 numbers down because the cashier clerk discriminated against me didn't have to sit and watch are typing another customers numbers without slips

They Sell very old cigarettes even popular ones like Marlboro lights. it happened twice at that store. The second time the date of production was from 9 months ago.
