Excellent customer service. They happily demonstrate their machines when you're looking to purchase, answer all of your questions, and offer free classes to teach you how to use the machine you've bought.

The service was welcoming and felt like walking into someone's home. Did I mention they were able to repair my vintage Italian steam cleaner vacuum combo! Not and easy feat!!They have some high tech sewing equipment and would recommend anyone having vacuum trouble. They were fast and affordable.Cheers

So glad that I chose to come here for machine advice and purchase. The store owners are super sweet and patient with someone like me who has basically no knowledge of sewing machines. Should I ever need repairs or maintenance questions I will absolutely be back.

Very friendly, owner is a Vet, and really takes care of his Customers. I had a vacuum repaired and while there I asked about Irons, so after they said bring it in, I get to keep my very expensive iron U thought I would have to dispose of.
