Tried to call and speak to a representative at 3 different locations, got a recorded message then hung up on right after. Was not able to talk to a live person, so I took my business to Dr.Glass. Reached a live person on the first call, he answered all my questions and scheduled a mobile service within a few days from call.

After being told I could show up to the safelite location to get my window crash wrapped while I waited for my glass to be back ordered, they had no representative available. When I got their direct phone line from the corporate line, they had their phone line made unavailable. My appointment to have my glass repaired will be cancelled

The man that came out and broke my rear-view mirror and tried to tell me that it was aftermarket but it was the original that I know for sure tried to go out and buy a rear view mirror because he broken and didn't want to replace it or take responsibility for it so yes I give him a bad grade

I definitely have to say, if you want Royal service James the Manger is your guy. He got my front windshield replaced on a Friday short notice. Then set me up for my passenger front door window the following Monday. Everything was "Superb" service. Both window's were busted by some crazy road rage person. I can't thank him enough for turning a negative into a positive. "James" is your guy. ????
