Last night we had my cousins wedding at Royalty Manor. We had over 100 guests extra show up, everything felt stressful and chaotic but Maysa and her team were ON IT!!! They took charge and immediately accommodated our extra guests and made sure we had extra food. Even with a prior issue with their electricity, they were able to fix up everything to make sure our event went as smooth as possible. We couldn’t thank them enough! Maysa and every girl on that team are superstars!! There wasn’t a single issue they weren’t able to immediately help resolve. Thankfully everything went amazingly and it was a great night

Royalty manor is one of the rare halls where they make you a happy customer from start to end. I attended a henna party of one of my family members today and it was an absolute 10/10. The staff were super friendly, hall was very clean and organized & mainly the food was very delicious! If you’re looking for an honest people to trust for big events I highly recommend Royalty manor. I myself have booked them for an upcoming event and I knew it’ll be a great experience from the moment I saw how the management of the hall is. Good job royalty????????

I use them for my wedding reception, booked almost a year in advance. When time got closer Communication was bad. Never reached out for food tasting final details etc. finally got in touch with Maysa set up the date she took the final payment.2 weeks before the big day Maysa calls us up to the hall for a meeting to tell me she over booked the hall & need us to move us to another hall we explain that don’t work for us because invitations was already sent & decor was based off the venue we booked. She then told us we could stay but would have to use the basement venue. We explained to her we want what we booked. Which led us to a stand off in her office we wasn’t willing to change our plans & she seemed to incompetent to make a decision on what was next. Called a baker in to try & mediate or convince us.After being there for hours with our original document from our down payment we asked her to pull the other documents that she doubled booked & compare the dates and doWhat’s fair being we booked a whole year in advance. She finally told the truth after lying &crying the party was for some people who was the same Religion as her and she had to cater to them. We just don’t understand as she keep telling us. To wrap it up she would rather give us a refund for 350 people party to put us in the basement. After making the unreal decision above, later that day we received a call and stated everything was back to normal & don’t cash the check..Maysa is incompetent of running her business properly she almost ruined our day but someone above her decided to do the right thing I would never support this business again. Definitely treated bad because her people are more important then us
