My boyfriend and I have purchased two dirt bikes from this location. When purchasing these bikes we had asked and ensured that these bikes were ready to ride or if we needed to put rec fuel into it. We were told we were all set and it had rec fuel. For our first ride, his exhaust gasket blew on his bike and it took over a month to get fixed and receive it back (when they were fixed, they never called us, we had to call them.) unfortunately by the time it was fixed, it was time to put into storage so we were unable to ride. We finally pulled them out this year and still having issues with the one but now having issues with the second one. We had discussed with a manager about our warranty and he said it would be no issue and to bring the bikes on in. Unfortunately now we are being told that are warranty is now expired and we need to pay for the carb to be cleaned because rec fuel was not used. Since we decided to clean the carb ourselves, the manager said we would be able to get them delivered for free. So we have decided we were going to clean the carb ourselves but haven’t been able to reach anyone in order to get them delivered. We have tried reaching our numerous time (over 15 times) and have received no phone call back when we were told we would be contacted. Worst customer service I have experienced at a power sports location. Also at the time of posting this review, we still HAVE NOT received our bikes because we can’t get into contact with anyone.

Beware of these people they prices are much higher then any other powersports out here professional scammers read all your paper work and they give you 10% on Accessories but that only last for 2 week my Opinion find a different dealer it's plenty out there

Talk about great customer service and affordable pricing. Everyone I dealt with, Matt, Joe, and the office manager were absolutely amazing. This is my fourth purchase from here, and I am definitely coming back for my next one. Thank you, guys.

As a new rider with dirt bike and MSF BRC experience, I was initially nervous about purchasing my first bike—or anything—from a showroom floor. However, the staff at Rosenau quickly put me at ease with their professionalism and the smooth buying process. Jim, who was my main point of contact, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be recommending Rosenau to anyone I know who’s in the market for a bike, especially since both my brother and I have been satisfied customers here.

My buddy and I were researching ATVs to purchase for use in Northern Michigan. Our sales person was Jimmy Lewis. He provided excellent product knowledge of the ATVs as well as the different the purchase incentives. Rosenau had the best customer service, selection and pricing. Also, the delivery to the cottage in northern Michigan was much appreciated.

Love how they just try to throw an extra 1300 dollars on to the bike for a warranty without even mentioning it. Still purchased the bike but really wish I would've walked out right then and there.

Customer service sucks!!!!! Walked in with my two sons today no one greeted us ask if we needed help had to ask where the dirt bikes were after someone told me they were up stairs we look around for 20-25 minutes before leaving because no one came to help up not even the one salesman that was on that floor helping the other two guys at one point stopped helping to go downstairs didn’t even say hello ask if we need help or say get somebody to help us!!! Some would say I should’ve ask for help. In Retail when someone walks into your establishment, you greet them and ask how you can assist them not gonna beg you to help me spend my money!!

Bad management, I bought a used 13 year old JetSki 10 days ago. They told me I have 30 days warranty. I ride it last than four hours and the IBR fail, I took it there and they tried to charge me over $2500 to fix it ,they said I had something because there’s very small old scratches on the IBR. I don’t recommend anyone to do a business with this place.
After they reply to me on this review.
I called them. I was going to pay to fix it because they didn’t leave me any choices. The summer is almost done and I didn’t ride it after that problem but still they don’t wanna touch it. I don’t know what kind of business they run? I’m never coming back again.

They do not repair motorcycle over 10 years even though I bought the motorcycle from them will not be buying another motorcycle from them the prices for parts ridiculously expensive my advice shop somewhere else.
