They had my car for 5 months and 2 weeks. The only way to get someone to answer the phone is to wait until around 4:00 then his mother might answer. I never once spoke with him. Even when I went up there. The absolute only reason I didn't pick it up and drive it off that lot was because the transmission shop that I had work done was paying for it. Check engine light stays on constantly!! I've been trying to get a receipt but still have not!

I had the most reasonable bill for some services they performed on my 2007 Ford Freestyle. I had another mechanic tell me it was my transmission and it would cost $1700.00.
Rogers Automotive determined it was my battery. I was back on the road within 1 hour and less than $200.00 out the door. Very impressed! Thank You!

I had an accident in June and took my car to Taylor Collision. After having my car for months they returned it to me not running. I took it to another shop who after a week of having my car refused to work with my insurance knowing I could not afford the repairs on my own. I was referred to Roger's and it was the best thing that could have happened. Mike takes pride in his business and work. He knew my situation being stuck without a car and waiting on the insurance to give me another rental. He looked at my car the same day I took it there, went through the hassle of getting the diagnostics, pictures and estimate to my insurance and had everything resolved with the insurance company ridiculously fast. I would recommend them a million times overs. They took a really crappy situation and made things so much easier. The peace of mind is priceless.

Had my vehicle for 2 months and didn't fix the issue. Pretty sure they didn't do anything to figure it out. Called for weeks on end with no answer. Do not do business with this place. BEWARE!I also have now discovered items missing from inside my vehicle.

The reason someone gave it a 1 star is because there was a 3 day wait and no place to park. There's a good reason for that. Over the last 30+ years these guys have been straight forward with their customers. The owner, Larry, has told me when it was time to bail on a car, meaning he didn't get business from me when he could have kept taking my money and stringing me along. They have built a loyal customer base by being like that - so the lot is always full, so there is always a wait. I'd rather Uber it for an extra 3 days than end up paying hundreds or thousands more at a place that is only there to take my money. Good things come to those who wait.
