βWorst customer service ever I needed a warranty number he said it so fast I couldnβt understand what he was saying I then said can you slow down I canβt understand you he says Iβm busy right now so I canβt say it slow and then hung the phone up called back hung up again will be calling the manager very very bad service will not be buying nothing from this place βCustomer service mattersβUpdate of me speaking with a Manager of this issue I spoke with Laureen which is the manager I explained to her what happen she was very professional and nice she apologized and will speak with her employee this means a lot to me my pet peeve is good customer service I just will not tolerate nothing less so wit this being said Thankyou for handling my issueβ

βWas looking for another store when I saw this place. Decided to stop and was met outside by the owner Earl, who opened the door to escort me in and was unbelievably helpful. This is actually a mom & pop place and Earl was very personable. The prices were competitive and the quality is on point for what I bought. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.β

βWell here we go, our furniture is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, they called and said there is a manufacturer defect in our dresser and they could try to find another another one or give us money off, wow, already doubting these guys, we'll see what happens tomorrow and hopefully I don't have to blast them on this review,

βGenuinely happy that I decided to check out Albert Furniture. My mission was to find a high seated black leather recliner sectional. Quality is everything, especially when spending my nickels and dimes! Truly was taken back with each piece that caught my eye, classy & sturdy (plus size friendly) that's a rare to find. I found the perfect piece for my family room, seats 7 and 4 of the seats recline. I'll definitely be back to shop for my dining room set in a few weeks.β
