Lizzy's shoe store is nice. They have everything all in one. Wonderful place to shop. The store clerks are not following you or making you feel like you are a thief like other places. They watch from a far. It makes you feel comfortable and want to shop there. Excellent service. Anything you need shoes, dress and even formal dresses, sweat shirts, plants they have. Go there They are great place to shop!

They close at 8pm it is 8 minutes until close. The doors are locked. I call and ask are you sure you can't let me in I know exactly what I need and exactly where it is. She said no. I do not nor will I ever respect business closing before the listed time AND poor customer service, it wouldn't have inconvenienced them one bit to let me run in and grab my son's shoes. Mind you they still had other people in the store. And 2 employees so the, what if she had an emergency thing doesn't work with 2 of them. Real nice customer service! I won't be back.

They followed us around in the boot section and every time we looked up salespeople were on our backs. She asked if we needed any help and I advised her that she should know since she was watching our every move. For a store that sells cheaply made items their customer service matches

Since this store is a bit of a drive, and because I'm paralyzed and getting out isn't easy for me, I called first to ask if the carried women's shoes with a Velcro strap. I thought this was a simple request. "We have lots of shoes", I was told. I explained my situation and reiterated that I didn't want to come out if they didn't have what I needed. The sales lady seemed agitated with my question and my reasoning. "We have many shoes. You have to in and look for yourself" I could see that I would get the same short service in the store so I thanked her and hung up. I went to McNalley's in Allen Park and I must thank Lizzie's for their rude phone skills else I would never have found McNalley's.

Lots of crazy $10 shoes!If you are looking for some shoes for a special night out or to go clubbing this is got to be the place.If you had a bridal party, you could literally buy a bunch of matching $10 shoes and throw them away at the end of the night without any guilt.Chrome or gold mirror shoes would make a splash at either school or work.They also had some great tennis shoes in Safety Orange. I took a picture but it was blurry.Highly recommended.

I love this store, it's where I get my young grandloves shoes, their shoes hold up with very busy kiddos. ☺️
