I've been back a few times and the angry mountain beast checkout lady hasn't been there.Everyone I've interacted with in these recent visits, i.e. stock people, customer assistance, checkout people, have been extremely polite and friendly.I can generally find what I'm looking for, too. No issues.Well done.

If you walk in late afternoon. You can hardly find what you need. One lady behind customer service (not karyn) is extremely rude and insisted on her behavior.

Normally I have no problems at this Kroger. Today, I returned some cans and 4 of them wouldn't go through the machine. I waited in the customer service line to cash in my other slips and told the the woman at the counter that these 4 can would not go through. Normally, they take the cans and give you the refund providing they are Michigan returnable and the store carries the brand. These were Pabst cans from MI. Instead, she sent me back to the bottle room for assistance. I stated that I didn't want to wait in line again, but she assured me that the bottle person would give me the 40 cents. So I went back to the bottle room and was told by the bottle guy that I needed to take them to the serice desk. As anyone can imagine, this is way too much of a hassle for 40 cents. Back at the service desk, a different woman told me that they would have to send someone to the beer isle to see if the store carried that particular "flavor". I stated that they are just cans and they are returnable. That is when I gave up and left.

Both pharmacists Farah and Ahmed are great. The whole team is great. Zeinab was super helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find all the over the counter medicines I needed. Everything was made clear to me when I picked up and all my questions were answered. Love this pharmacy!

Great Pharmacy. I truly commend the students and young technicians that work here. Some of the rudest adult patients are always causing problems when I’m there. Working in a pharmacy as a tech or pharmacist requires so much patience. I feel so bad when I witness these events. I hope they continue to not let others bring them down.

Great and friendly staff, always easy filling prescriptions. Farah and Ahmed are great Pharmacists and are always attentive to their patients. All of the technicians are respectful, helpful, and quick along with being knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great pharmacy with kind and respectful staff.

The technician Zeinab is amazing and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The new pharmacist Ahmed is very intelligent and got my medication done early. Sarah the student was also very helpful. Will definitely only be filling at this pharmacy. Best pharmacy in the state of Michigan hands down

This is the worst pharmacy in the state. They don't wear face masks nor practice safety guidelines. When you make an appointment for a vaccine and come on time they say we don't have it. The pharmacist Sarah told me to wait two hours which I did. She then told me you can get the vaccine somehwere else which is very rude. She was yelling at me then walked away! The technician Madison and Sarah always mess up the scripts my doctor sent. I called the pharmacy to check on my medications and Maddison said, they will take two weeks after telling me the other day they will be ready the second day. She said you can tansfer the scripts to other pharmacy then hang up on me which is so rude and unacceptable. I called to compalint to the pharmacy manager but Sarah said we don't want to serve you then hang up on me again. I called James then he said I would get back to you soon but he never did! These employees are so rude and incapable.

This pharmacy is awful. The pharmacist on the internship called Sarah doesn't know how pharmacy works and lacks any experience. She is also very rude. I called her to check on my medications then she said they will be ready but when I went to pick them up she said they aren't ready, transfer them somewhere else which is very disrespectful. She isn't qualified to do this job. The other technician called Madison is very rude too, she said your medication will be ready in two hours then it was never ready and she said you can leave the pharmacy and transfer your medications which is very rude. I complained about them to the pharmacy manager called James but he didn't do anything and ignored them. He lied to me about letting the district manager call me. These people aim are ruining Kroger's business.

Terrible service. They advertise Vacs and when you go in to get one are told they are to busy to do it. I have been lied to about what time certain scripts were sent in by my Dr. and then when they know that you are sitting there waiting for your fills after 45 minutes are told it will be at least another hour. Totally unacceptable service and rude staff!

This store is unpleasant on a good day, but today was the worst I have ever experienced in any grocery store. Shelves were empty, aisles were cluttered with carts and empty boxes, only two cashiers on duty and more than half of the U-Scan out of order. Some employees were standing around gabbing instead of stocking or clearing things up. The employees who were stocking shelves managed to block the aisles and make reaching products difficult, but didn't even bother to move or apologize. Many advertised items were not available at all. The only lunch meats available in the pre-packaged area were ham ... no beef or turkey. No management staff was visible anywhere. In the frozen food section, the few items available were on shelves too high to reach, or way at the back. I realize that many items may be unavailable due to the pandemic, but if they can't be perfectly stocked they could at least make the store tidy and not leave aisles blocked and cluttered. Perhaps if they spent less money on your silly ads and invested in training employees they might do better.

The staff is awful. James is incompetent. He doesn't know how to answer when you ask him. They always delay the medications and take forever to get them. They always mess up refills. The technician Madison is so disrespectful and always give wrong information about medications pick-up date. The other staff pharmacist Sara is just as awful and disrespectful as the other staff members. These employees have no clue about their assigned jobs and should be replaced be a professional staff who they know what to do.

One of the worst pharmacies. They are so rude especially Sarah and Maddison. They always delay medications. They get mad when you ask a question. Keeps you on hold for half an hour when you call.
