I have been going to this salon for years. The owner Tiffany and other staff have been nothing but professional and the environment has always been pleasant. Not to mention, her work is excellent. I've been in customer service for years and have visited many salons through out my lifetime and know good service when I see it. This salon is top notch!

I absolutely love it here ?. My hair was saved my hair was so damaged but the stylist save my hair now it's growing beautifully. The atmosphere is awesome I love coming here Tiffany is the G.O.A.T showing black women we can do anything we put out minds to and look good doing it. I sometimes go in feeling down come out feeling beautiful I love getting my hair done at Heiress Hair Studio.❤️?

This salon is not about the client, but themselves. Let alone that they have a bad tendency of dropping clients for some of the most ridiculous reasons As a customer, I have a right to select who does my hair, especially if I booked my appointment with the stylist. The main stylist that I had an appointment for continues to have different people wash my hair because she is always doing somebody else's hair. I had to say something about a student who I did not feel comfortable with touching my hair and she me of refusing a service. After booking the next appointment with my main stylist, the main stylist called me one week before the next appointment and said, "After speaking to the team about the previous incident, we decided not to do your hair anymore." Stylists supposed to be in service to gain customer, not lose them or stop doing their hair. Plus, the stylists are very unprofessional because they change appointments too much the stylist and owner have her child playing around the salon while clients are being served. I found another stylist that provides better service and she does not have students and other people doing my hair.

Omg!!! Tiffany saved my hair I thought I would be completely bald from my hair being so damaged but little did I know Tiffany has the magic hands. The whole entire experience with her today was awesome from the time I arrived until the time I departed she made me feel so comfortable and the salon was very clean and inviting. I definitely have found my new home for my natural hair and will be returning frequently plus she even waxed my eyebrows wonderfully. I’m glad I had the chance to experience a person who not only does hair but loves to do hair and the ending results were breathtaking and not to mention her prices are so reasonable but the customer service you’ll get in the end is priceless

Tiffany saved my daughter's hair! My daughter is getting older and I didn't know how to style it for her age. Tiffany gave her a hairstyle that has really boosted her confidence. My daughter's hair was damaged from swimming twice a week and dryness. She restored its health and gave me advice on how to care for it. Her salon is very clean, smells amazing, and has an awesome vibe. It's very pretty inside. She also made sure that the environment was kid friendly while we were there. I appreciate Tiffany and I recommend her salon to anyone looking for a talented hairdresser.

The owner Tiffany is great with my daughter. She is the only one I trust cutting her hair. She does a fantastic job and knows what she’s doing!! I will never go to anyone else but her. The environment is so calming, relaxing, and good energy. Everyone in there is very nice and friendly. So glad I found this place

I just wanted to share my greatest experience with going to Heiress Hair Studio for my first time I was very happy with my new hair stylist Jeff he is so awesome with his hair skills he did a very good job with my hair and he has a very pleasant personality everyone was very nice and professional the shop is very nice and clean really nice environment I would highly recommend for anyone to go here I felt right at home and beautiful ?Service: Hairstyling
