I had the worst experience at Great Clips yesterday. My hair was down to my navel, and I mentioned to the hair stylist SEVERAL times that I specifically wanted no change in the length but only layers, with the shortest layer being at shoulder length. Not sure if it was a miscommunication, but she cut about a foot off of my hair and cut all of it shoulder-length. I was so shocked when I felt my back and saw that all my hair was gone. About 2 years of growing my hair out down the drain, and I feel so terrible with this new cut. I hate it, I can't stop thinking about it, and I’ll have to wait years for it to grow back now. I keep wishing I never went there yesterday. I will not be stepping foot in a salon again after this experience.

This place needs a supervisor, rose is the only reason I still come here, super sweet and really good at what she does. I’ve had problems every time I go in and she’s not there, while I was waiting other customers were being told they can’t get services because they don’t have enough people!!

I had the worse experience at great clips today. First the lady was speaking impolite to me and my son.she told my son to leave the chair alone and I think there is a better way to talk to people especially kids. And I was trying to explain to her that not what I want for my son haircut, she said you wanna teach me how to cut. The haircut was really bad and I can tell they are not professional at all.i would never go again

This was the first time we went to Great Clips from our usual “popular” barber shop. Carmen did a fantastic job on my 6year old’s hair! She was very accommodating and sweet. Listened to what we wanted and not just gave him a cut. Very professional establishment that I honestly recommend to anyone, especially with very fidgety kids!Service: Kids' cuts
