This flagstar is the most unhelpful branch I have ever run across. As my fiancee and I have been using the bank. After recent interactions we will be switching. After speaking with the branch manager to try and get a debit card that should have arrived in 7-10 business days. The branch manager herself apparently out in the request that after two weeks when we called to see where it was. The order hadn't even been placed. This whole time my fiancee was unable to use her funds as she works and goes to school from 8 am to 6pm - 11pm so there is no time for her to go in except on Sundays but they are closed. When we asked for any kind of help from the bank they said they were unable to do anything and that she will just have to wait but the branch manager said she would give her a call as soon as it was in. So after waiting a total of 30 days the her card finally came in and the branch manager didn't call to say it came in. We had to call again to see where it was and then found out that it was there 2 days prior to us calling and we just didn't know. Then when we came in to pick up the card and voice our problems with the bank, we spoke with Stacy Hollis. She did her best to make it seem like it wasn't the banks fault and it was the mailing service. And even after when trying to explain that we had been calling and it wasn't the mailing service she kept avoiding it and not acknowledging anything my fiancee was saying. Finally she rudely and disrespectfully said that she will only handle what she can do and that she was going to report the whole interaction which may influence how they handle the disputes that my fiancee was having with her accounts which is absolutely outrageous. Flagstar customer service is worth nothing, the financial advisors that are supposed to help don't care, and none of them know how to control or do anything in the bank it seems.

This bank is really slow, long waits in the line for simple transactions...unhelpful managers. Refused to help with a letter sent to me from them...will be moving all my accounts to Comerica.

They Would rather be inflict harm to myself by coming to the bank while I have Covid then sending a bank statement over to my email I would have to come in to get it when I had them email it to me last year. Get your standards straight and stop giving people the run around for their information that they are requesting. People don’t have time or the money to be running around for something that easily has been done before thru email.

The woman who helped me with my account answered my initial call about your bank. I said inwas on my way to open an account and she stayed until I got there and helped me all the way through. So far every time has exceeded customer service expectations. Saying that today is a rare thing.

I had a very good experience at Flagstar Bank. However, it has been almost 2 weeks and I have yet to hear if my credit card has been approved so that I can transfer the balances to this new account.
