Lindy helped me with depositing, getting my new debit card sent to me, changed my mailing address, and helped me get in touch with someone to get my business account on my chase app. She’s the best. She needs a raise.

Lucy at Dearborn Heights Chase Bank was so nice and pleasant today when she helped me change my name on my Bank account today! I haven’t had the best luck with people being kind to me during my gender transition and she made the process a little less daunting by being a smiling face and kind person to help make me feel safe and accepted! Give this woman a raise!!! Lucy is a 10/10 and 5 Gold ?????!!!!

This has to be the worst branch ever! The management Is a complete clown show, The tellers don't even know how to count that's literally their job. If you want to wait in really long lines to get your money out of the broken ATMs just to get back in line again this would be the branch for you.When you call management about it they don't care they get mad.Please try a credit Union you will be happy you did the returns are way better and the people are nice..

You can't get through on the phone to talk to a live person at the branch. They won't answer the phone. I can't make an appointment online or on the app because it doesn't even list this branch. I'm about over Chase. TERRIBLE customer service.
