Took our Ford Edge there after a collision on the freeway. They gave us an estimate of 6 weeks for complete repairs. Finished right on time. I appreciated that they sent text messages with progress every Tuesday & Thursday. They returned my vehicle looking brand new inside and out. I would highly recommend!!!

Caliber Collision is amazing! I have brought my car twice to them and both times the staff and service were exceptional! The staff is very professional and super friendly. The service is beyond compare. I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision!

Caliber Collision was great! They update you about the status of your vehicle! Great customer service skills!! Really kind people that care about getting your vehicle back on the road! They do great work in a timely fashion. My vehicle was ready a day before the target date! I would refer caliber Collision to everyone!!

Quality work, fast work, and friendly service.
Usually you have to pick 2, but here, you get all 3!
My vehicle was scheduled to done around the end of the month, and 2 weeks early, my car was ready!

Progressive Insurance sent me to them my car was hit on the driver passenger side 6 to 9 months ago but didn't reported just yet was in & out of hospital couldn't deal with at the time. here & now car was parked out to breakfast come out hit in front Passenger side now my car looks like I'm a new driver or I can't drive, so this has to get fixed, called Progressive had to put in (2) claims upload the pictures received the next day a claim agent dropped car off on Tuesday (05/28/24) they text update information every step of the way also ask how was I'm doing with a phone call received car back on (06/06/24) was delivered to me due to didn't have a ride to pick up, didn't get rental coverage didn't like the ideal pay 1st with reimbursement with insurance company, but Caliber Collision Dearborn, Michigan DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY CAR LOVE IT AND IN GOOD TIMING was in the house didn't have a car but got a chance to clean things that had been put off for a while, now I see little rust spots need to be taken care of because now it Do Not go with the New job Caliber has done THANKS CALIBER COLLISION FOR A WONDERFUL JOB ? hope not to see you guys again but if so I know where to come?

The team will keep you updated on day to day basis what’s going on with your car, how the repair going. They exceeded my expectations, they don’t accept cash a tip of way saying thank you for doing a great job. But simply a review to their page. Thank you again Caliber Collision for working so great and for keeping us updated. I would highly recommend you guys! Kudos team! It was an excellent job and well satisfied customer here ❤️
Oh forgot to mention, Jim keeps me posted every single day and they made sure my car repair was a smooth process.
