Terrible experience at this pawn shop. The owner was incredibly rude, they had hardly any inventory, and to top it off, they rudely asked me to leave just because I stayed for six minutes after closing time.Avoid at all costs.

Horrible service. Sold me a laptop with broken keys on the keyboard. Brought it back immediately and they would not refund my money. Do not buy anything from them before checking every single part of it. They have shady business ethics!!

Disappointed to say the leastCame in and traded a brand new tool in the box for a PS4Took the PS4 home, plugged it up to learn that it would not download discs. I called in the morning they said to bring it in and they would take a look. My husband took the PlayStation back to cc coin. They stated that they had no record of said PlayStation in their system., smh.Almost to say that we were lying about the broken PlayStation they sold us..Thankfully, I have since been able to download PlayStation Plus and stream games for my kids, the PlayStation still will not download disc data.. so anything we play has to be downloaded from the PlayStation store.It’s kind of messed up that this happened seeing as though it was so close to the holidays, and I had just confided with the staff member who was helping me that I had recently been scammed on marketplace for a broken pS4I thought this place was cool and the staff was friendly and down to earth but because of this incident I won’t be returning. Especially after being made to feel like a liar.

After leaving I found out I was RIPPED OFF! Very bad experience selling silver. They didn't even give me scrap prices. I will never do business with those con men again. They don't even deserve the one star. that was the only way I could leave a review. Sad.
