I have been at this Belle tire since 9:30 waiting on a tire to get replaced. It had a nail in it from the nights previous drive..they told me it might be able to be replaced
.one hour later the told me that they had to reorder a tire 2-3 hours it is now going on 4 hours and no tire it is 2024 crossteck with only 1300 miles.
IWOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS BELLE TIRE AT ALL.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Been going there for over 20 years. Did not know any familiar face. Ask if there was any discount. Answer was no. There is definitely a big change with employees and staff, it's a big red flag for me. I will not b going back and I always recommend this place. Not any more.

I went to get my heat checked to find out why it wasn’t working. I told them I think it’s the door actuator because I hear the clicking sound near my glove box. I paid $70 for nothing. They told me that we can start off with the thermostat housing. No, it wasn’t the thermostat housing that would cost $600. It was the actuator which was repaired by someone else for only $150. Either the mechanics don’t know what they’re doing or you all are just trying to rip people off. Very upsetting because I’ve gone here quite a few times but now I don’t trust it.

I'm not going to Belle Tire anymore.
Last time I went there, I purchased 4 new tires for my RAM. They put my wheels back on and lost the wheel lock key??
Looked at prices for my Lexus, and Belle Tire is Very Expensive!! Walmart is way more reasonable.
You guys have gotten besides yourself.
Better watch out before you get sued, for false advertisement of " The Lowest Price" whatever

If I could give them 0 stars I would definitely need to get some new stay Thomas was very disrespectful at the front office his breath definitely smelt like alcohol and has zero customer service skills this man should fired how do your guys have a employee under the influence while dealing with people all day I just walked out never again
