Worst service EVER scripts were sent from rite aid (because they closed) I called 5 days ago to get two filled, talked to the guy to make sure he had everything he needed. Names of scripts dob and insurance info. They told me next day. Went nothing.. said they were waiting on the dr.. scripts have refills they didn’t need nothing from the dr. Then was told 3 days ltr because it was the weekend that they don’t accept my insurance. Could be another 3 days to transfer because they are behind. What!!!!

5 hours to fill a prescription. Another 30 minutes waiting to pick it up. Wasn't counseled on anything (refrigeration, any known side effects, etc) despite being my first time using their pharmacy. Rite aid was amazing and I will be looking for another pharmacy that cares and actually runs smoothly

The the good things I have to say: I always eventually get my prescriptions. And they can deliver which is a service I need. And they're open later than some pharmacies.
Negative: Most employees here don't like to do their job and a handful of them are downright rude about it. I get the feeling that even if I talked to a supervisor, the supervisor literally wouldn't care.
I always get told it's MY job to call my insurance when they're an issue. I finally had to call them today to fix something and my insurance said I'm not the first person to say that about Walgreens but that it IS indeed their job to call your insurance, and it would be easier for them and their customers if they did. But good luck telling them that.

This place has gone way downhill! 7 people in line and nearly 30 minutes to get my prescription. 7 people "working" but more worried about how long everyone is working and chatting among themselves than taking care of customers. One register is not working so I guess they wood rather just stand there looking confused.

Terrible experience recently with the pharmacy staff here.
Went in to pick up my prescriptions and the employee with the septum piercing, partial sleeve tattoos on both arms and glasses was extremely rude.
If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. Talking with guest in the store is a part of your job description sweetie. Fix your attitude. I will no longer be having my prescriptions sent here.

They do weird and shady stuff here. They won’t fill certain drugs that are popular, claiming supply issues. I’ve had multiple people in Davison switch and immediately get the same drug filled. Lapeer Walgreens even has stock of the stuff that they claim they “can’t get”. Something weird and fishy is going on here.

Always clean, organize easy to see / find what you want.I have been going here for 10+ yrsAnd they always have unique gifts and items and good prices.Pharmacy busy but, friendly and do their job!

The pharmacy is a very very busy spot and they have put into play some good ways to process and provide the publics demand for their prescriptions. They have 2 car lanes in their drive thru. They are always smiling and helpful even while doing some major multitasking!

This pharmacy is routinely out of my medicine and they never have any clue when they'll get more and it's something I need to be able to function so it's not something little. They couldn't add more stress to my life. Wish they could hire someone who knew how to track the stock of what they have and order what they need but I don't think anybody does that job there. I'd give them -5 stars if I could
