They are lacking staff. Do you really mistreat your staff that badly that you can't keep them?

Long line at the drive up. So I went inside and that line was even longer in the pharmacy . I am anticipating moving my family’s prescription to a different pharmacy. Plus it took a week to fill my wife’s prescription.

Sam at the pharmacy counter, had an attitude and showed frustration. Zero customer service and should maybe look into a different career.
