I took my car there to get it fixed and it came back with no floor mats. They weren’t the cheap factory one’s or I wouldn’t have cared enough to write this review but the fact that they treated me like it was my fault and I was like where I would have said something worth some money if that was the case. But my whole family came here and you lost at least 8 customers so great job at not doing a good job!

I came in on Saturday and made an agreement to get a vehicle. We agreed on 11/k miles a year for 39 month lease. They ran my credit, and I was told to get insurance on the car which I did, and pick it up on Monday so they had time to clean it. After rearranging my day for appointments to make sure I could pick up the car at 5, at 3:30 on Monday, I'm told there was already a deal on the vehicle, and was offered a lesser car and deal. I declined and started calling other dealerships. I was then called back the next day and told, Ok you can have this car, we convinced the other buyers to get something else.
I was still annoyed but my lease was ending and I wanted the car so I agreed. I make an appt for 4:30 and arrived at 4:23. The person for the 5:00 appointment showed up at 4:30 and he got to wrap up his paperwork first. I was there until 7:30 PM, mostly waiting around doing nothing.
When the paperwork came up, the amount of mileage that my husband and I understood we were getting had changed from an 11k/year lease to less than 10k which I had already made clear in the first meeting would not work. So they went and raised my payment to accommodate the "extra" miles. It felt like bait and switch to me to be honest. I even went home and asked my husband, who was at the first meeting, "how many miles did we discuss at the first meeting" and he said 11k. I was pretty disappointed with the process to be honest. Also, I have leased many times. This will be my 5th lease. I had to go to Jeep for my last lease because GM couldn't get me a car (this was 2021 and the chip shortage was full in effect). Dealers have ALWAYS absorbed the turn in fee for me, but this was not offered. They also did not include the registration renewal that has always been done for me in the past, so I have to go to SOS. Maybe this all sounds entitled, I'm just used to the other dealers that I have worked with in the past doing all of this as a courtesy. I did like the finance guy, Brad, but I'm not sure I would do business with Todd Wenzel again.

Erica Nunn is an asset to your company. She works hard and is very knowledgeable about the different vehicles. I live in Port Huron and drove to Davison to see what kind of vehicle deal she could get for me. We talked on the phone first, to save time and I let her know what my requirements were. I only wanted to make one trip to this location. I am a senior and don't like driving long distances. I got my last lease/vehicle from her. She was very helpful, explains everything if you have questions. Again, she came through for me and got me into a new SUV. I drove home with a new vehicle/lease and am very happy. Thank you...Erica

What a great place to buy a car! My salesman Marshall went right to work finding a nice car I could afford and when delivered he went over all the new technology with me. This was a great experience from start to finish. Kudos to a well run dealership

I called about a recall on my car that they sent me a postcard on, told me they were ordering the parts and would call me when they come in, usually 2-3 day's, over 3 weeks later still no call, so I call them back the guy said he couldn't find nothing in the system about it, said he was going to investigate and call me back 2 weeks later still nothing and the crazy thing about it I was planning on looking at the buick envision avenir when I went there but after that situation went elsewhere and bought me a 2024 Cadillac XT4. Service department was terrible and lost a customer

Was a simple oil change tire rotation but even those can be screwed up as I've heard happen more than once even at Todd Wenzel.. I personally have never found this to be the case and appreciate the staff not trying to "upsell" me on unneccesary parts or service. I will be back
