I would like to thank Harley for all her help with my situation with my car insurance. She really went above and beyond and made the process a lot easier to handle. My insurance company was a great pain in the butt, but she helped get the job done. I could not have asked for a better person to help along this painful journey. I have never had to file a claim for damage and she was a tremendous help dealing with the insurance so I did not have to. She goes above and beyond to make sure you know what is going on at all times. Highly recommend Harley!!

Honestly this collision center is a joke, i was t-boned in February 2023 and decided to take my car here because the people that work in the actual dealership are very helpful. In the collision center they are not. Over the course of a year I've taken my terrain back 5 times! Because they can't properly fix it. My passenger door is still unaligned and leaks, my "new" fender is on my car but bent, they were supposed to replace my tire because they were scuffed and didn't but charge my insurance for that and twice they returned my car and damaged it further they scratched my back passenger door and i noticed and they scratched my passenger door handle after fixing like i wouldn't notice. They were supposed to fix this but refused to get ahold of me.

Thank you so much for fixing my 2015 Chevy Truck in such a timely matter, considering the parts took the longest to get, the actual bodu work turn around time was amazingly fast. The body work done in the short period looks fantastic. A big thank you to the office staff for keeping me posted on the progress especially to Harley for always being so kind. Thank you again! Thank you to the entire collision team at Todd Wenzel Buick of Davison for getting my Enclave repaired quickly. The collision center did a great job, my Enclave looks brand new and everything is running perfectly. Harley was knowledgeable and helped me navigate the process with my insurance company. Apparently there is only one person who does the estimates according to the young women. Last Thursday she guaranteed that the gentleman in the collision department would call me back on Monday. I hit a coyote and it messed up the front of my car. I worked with Harley and she was amazing. Very friendly, willing to help and explained everything ahead of time so there were no surprises (like the copay). Thank you for an easy experience. My car looks sooooo much better!Service: Body & Trim

Very unsatisfied with Todd Wenzel Davison's service. When Parties have clear confirmation(s) of the plan for service and cleaning, the team failed to perform after having vehicle for ~10 days. Got car back after fighting for original agreement, gave up on the cleaning too. I won't go back, what a waste of time over my vacation.Voice from your lost customer, follow your commitment(s). That is all customers (I) ask for, I don't expect miracles.

stopped in for oil change. they got rid of the pits what a mistake told 30-45 minutes 11/2 hours later called me to pay then the girl collecting went to lunch. apparently no one else can't cash you out. what a joke !!! if it ain't broke don't fix it. will never be back or ever purchase a vehicle from there again

I had an appointment for 10am to purchase my car that I had been leasing. I was told when I made the appointment it was going to only take an hour. I did not leave the dealership until 1:45pm. I was lied to when they kept telling me it would only be a few more minutes. When I made the appointment I was under the impression that the financing would have been pre approved so all we had to do is sign things. I was also surprised when the salesman talked about me buying another new vehicle when I specifically told him I was coming in to buy my leased vehicle. I was not happy and I will not be buying another car from this dealership because I was lied to and it took way too long.

Had a great experience with Todd Wenzel Collision! Hit a deer in my truck and needed significant front end work. They were able to get me in sooner than anybody else around and did great work. Parts were sourced quickly and the team did a great job. Truck looks brand new! Customer service was also great. Harley did all she could to keep me updated and be sure I was happy with my experience as well as secure me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on.
