“We are out from out of town and ended up in having to go in for two tires losing air. Thank you Michigan orange barrel season. It was nice to see a smile on the face of the woman behind the counter. She was swamped but still smiling and acknowledged us immediately. She explained the time frame so we left the car and walked to grab a bite to eat. They were done almost an hour before the approximate completion time given. They did mention we had two holes in one wheel, which we thought we did, and they only charged for one. Both tires were just fine all the way home to Arkansas and still holding strong. Definitely recommend from the pleasant staff to the organization of the front desk, they were wonderful.”
