Glass America fixed my windshield first and you could still see the crack and I was unhappy with it. I contacted my insurance and they gave me T & G as another option and they completely replaced it! They were so honest and professional! I highly recommend them for any repairs and replacements. Thanks for being the best!

I would like to say that T&G Auto Glass repair was one of the most professional, honest, and customer service oriented companies I have experienced in a long time. They were able to mobily show up on our door step and replace my windshield. Everything was very clean, professional, and courteous. I would recommend the company to anyone they provide many services so please check them out for any services you may need for glass repair, They are phenomenal.

These are the most unprofessional auto glass workers I've encountered. Ran into two of their white vans racing in Ortonville today. The first one ran a red light on Oakwood Rd. in order to get in front and f me traveling north on M15. The second can pulled out behind me and proceeded to drive on my bumper. In Goodrich, I prepared to make a left turn (signal on) when I realized I was a couple blocks early. The driver of the second can behind me, proceeded to pay on the horn and flipped me off, hand out the window. Very classy.

I was super stressed about getting errands done on my day off AND be here in time for my tech to replace the windshield. Ashley kept me posted via text. Without such AWESOME customer service I would have wasted precious time. Thanks Ashley for helping me stay productive and for your great service. We had 2 of our vehicles windshields broken and cracked. They helped us through the process with our insurance and came to our house to fix it within a week. Very happy! Highly recommend

I will always call T&G for my auto glass replacement. They've taken care of me for years, and I've never been dissatisfied with their work. I love that they will come to you, versus taking it to them and waiting for it to be repaired. I highly recommend them!!

The hail storm happened on Thursday and we had them out on Saturday morning. Great quality and the two young men that replaced it were quick efficient are really nice. Great job. It is nice that out of this bad situation these two guys attitude made it so much better. Thanks

I use T&G Auto Glass for auto repair and replacement of windshield glass on my Fleet of handicapped vehicles, often several time a year due to the amount of miles we put on our vans. The employees are professional, considerate and do an excellent job. T&G gets them fixed in a timely manner. I paid them to install a window and discussed up front that I would leave the keys and cover it with a large tent that had walls due to expecting rain… on the day of the appointment Julie texted that they were not coming due to the rain, we again discussed that the tent has walls and that there shouldn’t be an issues with “it raining sideways “ so they finally said they’d go out... Then I get a call from Julie where she was extremely agitated telling me that she was “in the middle of something she didn’t want to be in the middle of” which was confusing as I paid them to fix a window and she was unable to properly communicate that the battery had died and they couldn’t finish so they left after someone randomly sign paperwork they claimed absolved them of responsibility to finish even though I gave no permission to take someone else’s signature especially without discussing it with me first when that should have been a discussion with ME that they would need to reschedule finishing the job…Then I get a call back saying that my options were to get my $80 refund for just the labor or schedule them to come finish and pay MORE MONEY for them to do so and then 30 minutes later Julie called me saying my options changed and were either give back the glass they left and get a full refund or they would come out and finish. But not today.which is not okay since I paid for the full install service already. So they say they would either make me wait an entire additional week to come finish.It should not take 3 weeks to end up doing the work myself and I still have not gotten a refund for even just the labor, the communication and costumer service skills were absolutely appalling.
