I think someone needs to speak to a pharmacy assistant about being a little nicer on the phone. I called at 3:42pm on 5/9/24. I was checking to see if my surgeon had called in scripts for after my surgery. Not trying to be rude, but this woman has a strange kind of nasally voice. Once she let me know they were working on them I said thank you. No you’re welcome. No have a nice day. She just hung up. Seemed rude. Try to be more friendly next time. Maybe this is why they only have 2.9 stars.

This closing for a half hour each day can get annoying especially when leaving work to go to urgent care n there closed.Really like to know how they got it so good to were every staff member can just leave n close up n while nobody els in the store can help with simple questions.

This rite aid is a god send. The only pharmacy open late even on Sundays. So you can get meds even if it is 8pm 9pm.... They are open to fill your prescription. Nowhere else is. You have to wait til the next day if you don't mind then that's good but if the medicine is something you need immediately to bring u relief then this is the pharmacy you tell doc to send scripts to of it's after business hours other places.

Called to see if they had a prescription in stock that has been difficult to get. Lady was very rude, and rather then asking questions she just snapped at me. Said she would check if they had it in stock. I was on hold for literally 2 seconds and she says no we don't have it, then hangs up.

I just have to say that pharmacist yusiff and pharmacist Carl have always been kind and willing to help. A++ to the both of them. Amazing pharmacist

Suffer from hemepelegic migraines . Loose my speech and ability to walk, blood vessels in my brain constrict and I need my medication !! They only had enough on hand for a " partial fill" . The pharmacist CARLOS REFUSED to fill it as a partial !! ( have NEVER had this issue before with any other pharmacist ) My father just passed way ( I explained that as well ) CARLOS was BEYOND rude ! I asked him how many pills he had on hand so I could contract my doctor to have doctor write it differently and CARLOS told me " that is NONE of your business , I am not telling you that ! " I then asked for his supervisor and he told me he would give me the number to corporate office then decided later in conversation to be flat out rude and said " FORGET IT I AM NOT GIVING YOU THE NUMBER YOU CAN LOOK IT UP " then he HUNG UP ON ME !!! Been coming to this store for 20 plus years and that ends TODAY !! Zero compassion or empathy ! Date : 7-11-23 - UPDATE : called another Rite Aid store and it was not a issue what so ever to do a partial fill so I do not have a stroke . So it all comes down to THIS store and CARLOS who apparently thinks he is a doctor with authority. Such a shame that Rite Aid has allowed this man to take over and treat patients in such a horrible manor . AVOID THIS PHARMACY !

If I could give less I would. I only write reviews for places/people when they've gone above and beyond, or are terrible. This is a case of the latter. The first time I used them to fill my prescription for pain medicine it took me almost a month and then I had to drive out of town to collect it. This month I went to pick it up and they told me because my insurance was concerned that this medication would injure my kidneys, they would not cover it. My doctor said change pharmacies. It didn't make any sense if my insurance denied payment, what would going to another pharmacy do for me? Answer? What a pharmacy is supposed to do. They filled my prescription. No problem, no questions, no arguments. I will never go back to rite aid. Who do they think they are?

Normally, we have a good experience BUT aMEANa (aka Anina) needs an attitude adjustment. Poor customer service. She made a mistake and yelled at me , yes raised her voice, and as it turned out SHE was WRONG. A pharmacist should know better. Get a clue aMEANa.

The store is clean except for a ceiling leak near the pharmacy that has been going on for months. Most of the store staff is helpful, friendly. But the pharmacy... unhelpful, sometimes rude and curt. The male pharmacist was especially high handed and condescending. If it's customer service and helpfulnesses you're looking for, as it should be when dealing with matters of your health, go to a different pharmacy.
