Walked in with my daughter in tow and was greeted by a friendly smile from a woman who was clearly swamped. As soon as I walked in the phone lines were non stop but she was warm & friendly as was the technician Charles. I came in for a tire repair and they did a thorough inspection and found that my battery tested very low. This did not surprise me because I had a hard time starting it a couple times recently. I went in for a tire repair and got that, a new battery and the peace of mind that my daughter and I will not get stranded somewhere. I thought I might be close to needing new tires so I had them check that as well. They were honest and told me I had probably another year before I would where I think most people would’ve tried to take advantage of a single mother who doesn’t know anything about cars. Will definitely be back.

Gunner was very helpful today! When I called he was very kind and friendly and asked all my questions. When I arrived to the store I was greeted with the same kindness. He went back and got it done really quick and we were back on the road! It was just a little job, but instead of having us wait for the car before us to finish, he just quickly ran back and get it done ! He had no idea that my sons party is today and I needed this fixed. I will be returning for all my tire needs.

Showed up for a tire plug, left with a still deflating tire and busted up and missing lug nuts. "Tire tech" is a joke.

I had dropped my car off to this establishment on Saturday morning 6/22/24 for an oil change. After 2 full business days, I had still not heard about the work on my car being completed. I called the company 2 times with no answer. I found a ride to the company to see what was going on with my car and I found it with a missing tire with a rock under it propping my car up. The employee at the desk and the manager both tried to claim they didn’t know anything about my car, didn’t have the keys, and didn’t have the missing tire. I looked around on the counter and my keys were sitting there with an order form saying I came in for an oil change, but nobody had completed or even started the work on the car. The manager (Pam) who I dropped the keys off to tried to claim I never spoke with her in person, only on the phone. Not sure how she acquired the keys to my car if it was only a phone call. My tire was stolen on their property while the car was in their possession and they were trying to say I was the one “scamming” them. My car was drivable when I dropped it off (with all 4 tires) and is now unable to be driven due to a missing tire that occurred when my car was on their lot. The manager did not try to resolve the problem and was placing the blame on myself. They didn’t even try to help place the spare tire on or submit a police report due to theft on their property (which is their responsibility when a crime was committed on their property). I would be careful leaving your car with them as they do not care if you are left with a car you can’t drive off the lot, even though you were just there for an oil change. Pathetic.

Needed a tire fixed on Sunday the 19th of June. Everybody was closed. Lapeer couldn't take me so he called him. He called Davison and they took me no problem. I drove out there. They got me right in they fixed it. They were great. I will be giving them more service on my car. They're excellent !!!

I had a 10 AM Thursday morning appointment for a oil change, tire rotation, balance if needed and check cabin air filter. I dropped it off before 9 am. I tried calling after 11 am no answer, so at noon I went to pick it up and it wasn't even started yet. All I got was hey boss we had appointments and when I said I had one at 10 am and I got to
be somewhere at 1pm,he said you didn't tell me. I said I gave you over 3 hours to do a 45 to 60 minute job,it should of been done. All I got was lip service from a young man with limited social skills. Your Davison store needs alot of help. So I guess I will go back to the dealer or Davison auto repair. Good luck this used to be a good repair shop. Never again.

Good the first time. Not really the second time and tried making an appointment for a third. Counter woman was very rude and short and didn't seem like she wanted my business. Will not return.
