Menards is my all-time favorite hardware / home improvement store! We get all of our stuff there! Love the 11% rebates. I just wish they did not take so long to mail them back! There should be a way that in this day in age that this could be all submitted and used via the menards app. That would save so much time! And I would probably end up spending more money there! Just sayin

Pretty irritated that the last few things I’ve bought I never got my rebate and now it’s probably been a year so I guess the cpl hundred they owe me just make me keep going to home depot

I loathe coming to any Menards franchises. They are the worst group of people I have ever come to know. No one in the store ever knows where anything is in the store. So, I spend so much time looking. Their return policy is arbitrary. Nowhere does it state “nonreturnable” items, if it was cut, they’re not returning it. I accidentally took the same item to Home Depot, they were going to issue store credit. But I realized it was from this god-forsaking store.
I always have issues when I go to Menards. They need to take a closer look at their customer service. Not to mention the brazen lack of diversity in their staff.
They are the worst.
It’s always something.
They need to reevaluate their operations.
Their rebate policy is a waste of time. They put barriers in it; why would someone have to take extra time out of their lives to go mail off the rebate? Why can’t it be done online?
Why do a customer have to go through all the tedious effort to get lumber and related items from their outside yard, and again, no one knows where anything is (or subliminally refuse to show you where things are)?
Pay for conscience, don’t shop here!

Never try to return anything. Two days in a row; one person at the “Service Center” with managers standing around and eight people in line while one return has taken 10 minutes! Very irritated customers! Certainly, not the first time I’ve experienced this at this store.

I was looking for bathroom faucets and other accessories....they had them displayed but I could not find them on the shelf. I went every row to look for it. I was very disappointed on how they stock / shelf the products

Waited 15 minutes plus, to have color added to our paint. Had to hunt down an employee rhat had an attitude and treated us like an inconvenience. Way to go Menards!

I was debating writing this and if it would even do any good but your security team is outrageous to follow around and harasse me and my mother who was with a walker and visibly disabled and so am I so when I proceeded to ask after be followed from the front of the store to the center of it and then back to the carts when I went to get one and walked all through lightning yet somehow when I came out of a random isle your security was right there so I asked what I did and why I was being followed and instantly it was like your security was ready to try and come fight me the tone and way he yelled back at me your security needs to be reviewed or something because that was ridiculous the only reason I gave 2 stars was because the rest of the employees I encountered were very nice and helpful but now I'm worried that every time I go into the store I'll have an incident with security again

Lots of stuff, big store. Everything is usually on sale to get you in the door. Plus you most of the time get 11% rebate however that rebate comes in the form of a piece of paper that you can only spend at Menards. So it's just a ploy to get you coming back.why not just give it to you at the same price and forget that rebate garbage.

Waited 40 minutes for someone to bring a ceramic heater. Walked out. Forget this place unless you want to spend the whole day.
