“I hate needles and although I disliked the actual experience, the phlebotomist was beyond comforting and compassionate. She attempted to distract me and made me feel a little more calm and chatted with me like I was a friend. I really appreciate the way she handled the visit and that she tried to make me feel okay while getting the labs done. I wish her the best!”

“The location itself was good.Staff were friendly and the nurse I had so my blood work did a great job I barely felt anything. Been to other places where they make that experience a bit worse, so if you had blood work the staff member I had did great.I did make an appointment using their convoluted automated phone system and despite making an appointment it did not show up when I went to sign in. So I had to make a new one… but they still had me taken care of 5 mins before the new appointment spot I made.”
