They don't pay their employees properly for the hours they work. Do not shop here. They don't pay their workers.

I've been going to this Kroger for almost 5 years now and this the morning the store manager made me not want to come back. Not only was she extremely rude but she also lied to me. I was returning bottles and cans, She then told me they don't take the cans I've been returning here for almost 5 years. As long as she's working I'll be finding another grocery store. If Kroger wants to keep it's customers she needs to be fired. She doesn't belong in customer service.

My mother and I were treated very rudely by cashiers today at Kroger in Davison. We went to check out with almost $500 worth of groceries and entered a line with an older gentleman checking out. The man had been checked out and had continued to talk with the cashier and the bagger. This conversation carried on for over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment to my mother and I waiting to check out. While we both understand people can be chatty, we would have appreciated a simple “I’m sorry about your wait.” Nothing of this tone was said by this cashier. Eventually, we gave up and started re loading a majority of our products on the checkout line back into our cart. Still, nothing was said by the cashier. We went to another checkout line while my mother went to tell the manager what had happened. As my mom was finding the manager, the cashier rudely said “Well she is grumpy.” I said nothing and continued loading the groceries onto the aisle. When my mother returned, she was visibly upset and nothing was said by this cashier either. My mom always bags her fruits that are the same price in one bag to reduce plastic use. The cashier scoffed and rolled her eyes, as she stated “Pears and apples are two different fruits you know.” As if we were stupid. She proceeded to open the CLEAR bags that our fruit was in and inspected and touched each and every one of them. We found this very unsanitary. At this point we were just ready to leave, and the cashier kept stopping checking us out saying “Don’t be mad at me, I didn’t do anything.” My mother left the store in tears. I called and spoke with the store manager who stated she is pulling these cashiers off the floor to “have a talk with them.” While they have wonderful deals and we have been shopping here for 10+ years, we will not be returning due to the staff rudeness of a customer service centered store. Do not shop here if you want to be treated with kindness.

I asked the girl on deli side if you could make me a cake. She rudely said, we need 48 hours notice. Well, it's Thursday at 11:00 am. I said can I pick up Saturday at 11:00 am, which I am pretty sure is 48 hours notice. She Said "No" sorry, we can't do that? What? Lazy, useless! Fire her!

Don't arrive after 9 pm or door will be locked, and you might have a long walk ahead of you. Wasn't easy with my bad legs.

Smaller Kroger. Not as clean as others. Product selection pretty limited. I avoid this one most of the time.

By far the worst managed kroger. There is always product on the floor. Employees blocking aisles. (Why dont you stock at night) oh wait you dont want to pay your employees livable wages. The self checkouts are useless always breaking always saying I need assistance. There produce is the worst around always moldy or has looked frozen prior to hitting the shelves. It's always a terrible shopping experience. You could learn a thing or two from the lapeer kroger.

Easy ro navigate. 1 thing for sure, the ice cream is fresh...the summer heat has $2.99 Breyer flying off the shelves.

This is the best Kroger in Genesee county. Always friendly and very helpful staff. I had forgot to grab pop and I was using the you scan in a hurry and the worker scanned my groceries for me while I was grabbing my pop, I was very grateful for that as I was in a hurry. If you can't find something they are more than willing to go grab it for you or show you where it's at. The store is very clean always fresh fruits and vegetables. The deli also has the best cheese and lunch meat around. Definitely recommend going to this Kroger over the rest of them or any other grocery store. Also the ice cream is always fresh

Terribly run, very little selection, not well stocked, and very few registers open. Self serve registers continued to tell me to stop and return item to register when I rang the item correctly. No location to hold the bagged items either. When I need to purchase over $200 of groceries, I shouldn't have to ring it all myself! If it wasn't for the nice young man in the self checkout area helping me w/items - I would have walked away and left the entire cart for Kroger's to return every item!
Have been to many different Kroger's across America and most stores was pleased to find all that I needed. The Davison, Michigan store will not get me to shop there any more. Recently returned to MI and tried to shop there at least 3 or 4 times to hope that each time was just a "bad day". Just shopped there for the last time! Won't return!!! Someone from Kroger management should be a "Secret Shopper" and see how bad it is. And BTW, I was there at about 6:30pm on a Tuesday night as a reference point for anyone in Mgt that might want to know.

The employees are nice and the food is good but the clicklist cart is always in the way. It’s bad enough the store has old people that stop and chat with friends while blocking the aisle so I have some suggestions. Limit the clicklist shopping or widen the aisles
