The app showed 6 in stock. Nobody could find one. I was a little frustrated, but kept to myself. We walked out of the store and Joe, the Store Manager, comes out and meets me at the car. Joe went above and beyond to make things right!!!! I never saw it coming. Joe, thank you for reminding me what customer used to be. It’s super great to know service like that is still out there.
