Awful experience with oil change. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes with a appointment for tire rotation and oil change. The prices has gone up drastically. You can easily go to a 10 minute oil change for the same price now and be in and out!! Other problem was how rude my customer service guy was. I will not be returning. Me and my wife purchased both brand new vehicles from here and will be going somewhere else in the future

First oil change on my 2024 diesel crew cab dually, drove right in has the in ground oil change pit for us big trucks.Topped all fluids checked all tire pressure. Best oil change I’ve ever got from a dealer

I recently purchased a vehicle from Hank Graff Chevrolet and Jason Conger. I have purchased many vehicles and can honestly say this was the easiest experience I have had. He even offered to drop the vehicle off to my home. I will definitely be back!

Dropped my vehicle off at 9am was told it would be 2 to 3 hrs , called at 3 and they still hadnt touched my vehicle. Had to go pick it up not serviced

My boyfriend and I purchased a brand new Tahoe 2 days ago. Not even 24 hours after getting home with the Tahoe we noticed there is a crack in the running board something we didn't notice when looking over the Vehicle before leaving the dealership. When we returned less the 24 hours later with only 36 miles on the Vehicle we were told there was nothing they could do. Although it was our bad for not looking over the running boards we were hopeful they would see it was something that was there when we purchased it. Although our car salesman was excellent and I'd highly recommend Davonte to anyone purchasing a Vehicle we won't ever buy a car from Graff again.

My car was damaged in a hail storm about 3 1/2 weeks ago. I took my car in for them to give me an estimate and never heard back from them! when I called them I was given some bullshit about how theyll call me back in a couple of days..it's been a week! Don't bother with these incompetent assholes!!!

was finally acknowledged at 543pm for my 530pm oil change appointment. Probably about 12-15 workers walked right past me in the 13 mins I was waiting with no acknowledgement. I was finally guided into the bay and the team addressed my needs and got started with my oil change. during this process I sat in the car, and listened to the workers playing around and not really professional. the person filling the oil thought he was funny, pestering the rep underneath the car by repeatedly asking him if he could fill yet, and rushing the tech underneath.... very unprofessional and quite annoying to be honest. when they finally got everything done and guy came over and told me the price and tried to give me invoice.... I informed him I had a coupon and he rolled his eyes at me saying I was supposed to present coupon at check in.... I told him no one checked me in, but let me sit around for almost 15 minutes while they were late for the appointment I made. he didn't say anything just snatched the coupon from me and walked away annoyed. took him at least ten minutes to get back told me to sign and then walked away. completely rude and unwelcoming. the service at graff has gone down hill in a big way. i've never been treated the way I have the last two times, and i've been a customer for over twenty years. ver disappointed in the way things are there now and i'm strongly considering switching dealerships.

I went here and bought a new car, that went ok had a few bumps along the way, but was pre-qualified so should not be a problem. They requested a review, well my hubby left one and it wasn't a good one. Sorry he was not happy with the wait or the bumps we had. this was a review that was only seen by the dealership, so shouldn't be a problem. well a piece of plastic that covers a hitch for off roading by the time I took it in showed the sales guy He let me know about the review and was not happy about it, still sent me to parts, they had the part in stock was under $60. But I wanted to know if the warranty would cover, parts did not know sent me to service he did not know sent me to the bump shop. Bump shop guy referred me to the warranty guy and am still waiting for this to be resolved. DO NOT GIVE BAD REVIEWS THEY WILL NOT HELP, Hank Graf in Davison absolutely unprofessional.

I was suggested to go to Hank Graff by a friend and had been sold a used car by Todd Bailey at the end of August in 2022. As I was sold the car I was told to be easy on it, as I was. Mid September I was left stranded on the side of the road and had to take it to a mechanic had one issue fixed that I thought was the problem. Not even a month later my car left me stranded again, and I took it back to the same mechanic and they fixed another issue. A month later maybe even less, my car died on me while I was driving down the road had to immediately park it in a driveway. Had it towed to a different mechanic and also decided to call Todd Bailey and tell him about my problem his words " What am I supposed to have a crystal ball or something and know everything about the car?" Did not offer me any help but for me to pay for it to get fixed by their shop. After already fixing it for the third time. I have now lost my job over this vehicle because I could not make it to work or I could not make it to work on time. I have been left stranded on the road countless times and paid for countless towing fees. I have been stranded for the past 3 weeks or so because my car started over heating. I had my car finally towed to another mechanic for another look and this mechanics words " it will cost more to fix my vehicle than what the vehicle is even worth!" But now Todd Bailey just wants to junk the car and can now get me into a good car with full coverage, mind you he couldn't do that for me before hand but now after losing my job and my daily driver and leaving me with a loan I now can not pay off because i lost my job and my daily driver, he can get me a good vehicle!!! Todd Bailey also denied me of any rental car not only to get me back and forth to work in order to provide a source of income to pay my bills including this loan I am left with but to also provide a replacement vehicle. Todd Bailey does not care about his product, and only making a sale! And if he makes a mistake he will leave you high and dry!!!

Took my New Chevy Colorado in for only its 3rd oil change, had a brake light out. Asked them to replace a $8 taillight and there response, we don't have that part??? A dealership with no parts not impressed. Drove right next door at Autozone any they helped me! 5 stars Davidson Autozone!
